Aiesha Zafar, if you dedicated half the amount of time to researching the data necessary for this hearing as you have spent observing yourself in a mirror, you could enhance your credibility. You are a disgrace to the position, even if you possess a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree in Finance from the University of Manitoba and a Master of Arts degree in War Studies from the Royal Military College. I didn't complete high school nor attend a university, but I do know one thing: Pretending to be something one is not inevitably catches up with them. You have accepted the responsibilities associated with this role and assert to possess over 20 years of experience that extends into this particular field. Cease squandering both time and financial resources (taxpayers). Either take control of your responsibilities or resign, thereby permitting yourself to spend additional time frolicking in the dance studio, akin to a child.

I was called a Nazi because I suggested the same thing: the more people you have the less resources you have for everyone to go around. I was called a Nazi for saying that. I wasn’t being a Nazi. I was being a mom. Any woman knows this. When you’re single, you can have a whole pie to yourself. You get married, you make a pie and you’ve got well maybe a couple of days worth of food. Add a child everybody eats comfortably but only for one night add a second child somebody’s gotta give up. You know what I mean like it’s just plain math Mathematics so I guess I’m too far left for the right and I’m too far right for the left, I guess. Although I’m not an immigrant, I am a person with disabilities and just recently when we lost the so-called Trudeau tax I wondered why I wasn’t getting it. Then on a Canadian conservative source I heard we weren’t getting it anymore and I was upset. Disgruntled person wrote in the comments section and I quote get over yourself. I think MAID could help you. That didn’t come from a left-wing source as many right wing folks will say that it’s the left who wants to euthanize disabled people. That came from someone from a right leaning source. So writer left nobody wants to pay for anyone to have a free ride, even if the ride isn’t really free. I live on $800 a month and I am much too disabled to work and I don’t have family. In addition, I’ve been told I’m not eligible for rent gear to income, but it’s not like I’m going to get well. Anyway, it seems people don’t like to put out for others and I get it because the folks at the top are always happy to see the little guys tear each other apart. None of our politicians have ever voluntarily Given up a pay cut to support those who can’t work any longer or who never could. That would be the pro life thing to do. They’re always voting themselves big raises.

I love Punjabi people, they are high class and they surprise me when they tell me they were farmers before coming to canada because I don't get that rugged vibe from them. That guy at 2:50 was purhaps the most honest 'white' guy you will meet. The fact is Indians didn't take over, the upper class just decided to move north to Bolton or more west to the Halton area. Over time enough Indians replaced them to basically take over important roles like police officers and political positions. Eventually just like East Asians have Markham and parts of Scarborough, the south Asians had a high enough population for Brampton to be considered their home turf. Eventually though it was the student visas that drove Canadians crazy. Millions of students in record time and I believe there was an additional 4 million who came on temporary work visas during covid, eventually Canadians got annoyed. Personally I don't see any problem with it as long as we keep building apartments and homes for the new immigrants to rent and live it doesn't bother me. I would like to see three times more immigration especially from Europe as this country is super underpopulated and we need people to open factories and build companies that will strengthen Canada as a whole and employ our own not just send money back to their countries. So its not an invasion we just need come to a place of understanding and learn to work together. I will finish with the one negative; there truly is a massive lack of assimilation and this may prove to be more of a problem than we realize but I won't go into it. Stay strong my Punjabi friends 👳🏿

India had experienced a very bad situation when Western nations invaded and treated natives as slaves, imposed the "Hindu tax" on Indians, for about 1000 years, till 1947. It is estimated that English rulers looted over £45 trillion worth of wealth from India, in addition to priceless artefacts, precious stones, and cultural treasures stolen, many of which remain in the British Museum to this day. India was subjected to foreign rule for nearly a thousand years, culminating in English colonial rule. During this time, countless Indians were enslaved, shackled, and forcibly transported to distant English colonies to work as indentured labourers under inhumane conditions. " Hindu tax ' was imposed on every Indian, and English rulers collected the tax on gunpoint for centuries. Those who did not have money were used as slaves in English households. Ancient India, once a beacon of knowledge and wisdom, was known as a subcontinent of learning and prosperity, contributing up to 38% of the world’s GDP at its height. For centuries, Indians struggled for their freedom, drawing strength from the timeless values of truth and non-violence embedded in our culture. The freedom movement, led through non-violent resistance, ultimately led to India's independence in 1947. However, the residual grip of colonial influence continued until around 1956. By the end of colonial rule, India’s sacred and ancient universities had been dismantled, and the country—once among the richest—was reduced to one of the poorest nations in the world. Widespread poverty, illiteracy, disease, social divisions, and national humiliation were the tragic legacies of foreign rule. If might and brawn continue to justify exploitation, it must be confronted with truth, non-violent justice, and a collective call for accountability.

Before Trudeau UK had the biggest number. He brought in 3m+ that made Indian population higher in Canada than UK. SA, Tanzania and Kenya also have big numbers. Idi Amin used brutal means to kickout British Indians in Uganda. Colonialist English empire was the cause of of Idi Amin's actions. British Kingdom migrated thousands of Indians as cheap labour to build rail lines to mineral rich regions extending to DRC- Uganda city of Kasese and Kilembe mines. When the railway was completed, they offered them British citizens including those born in Uganda. The colonial British gave them business loans, including Indian banks to extend credit and loans to Indians without surerities. They were allocated colonial govt freehold land for free in the most prime areas of uganda major cities like Kampala, Jinja, Masaka, Mbale, Soroti, Mpigi, Tororo etc while black Ugandan indegenous people were pushed into the rural areas to work in factories, mines and businesses set up for British Asians. As you can guess, business class get super rich while Africans who didnt work on their own coffee, cotton, and domestic farms were left to work as clerks, securicor, teachers, Christian clergy/ reverands and local tax collectors for the govt. Brutal as he was, Indi Amin saw and used this imbalance as a second liberation war, economic war, to kick out all British Asians holding UK Passports and any other Ugandan born who didnt want to abide by the authority of indegenous people. Amin killed whoever tried to challenge his life president, he killed 72 ugnadans, mainly politicians by public firing squad aired on TV. He killed the Anglican Archbishop Luwum, he killed the 1st Ugandan Chief Justice Ben Kiwanuka. He was brutal BUT, every Ugandan is celebrating his nationalism of caring for ordinary people AND opening their eyes on trade and business by KICKING OUT economy sacking British Asians. This is history I saw and followed because i was a kid in primary school at the time 1972. In addition to that Indians in Uganda were so arrogant to indegenous Ugandans, I experienced it. So when i see how Canadians resent them I dont feel for them unfortunately. I already had enough on my plate in Canada. Indians were the owners of biggest to smallest shops in major cities and town in Uganda because of free capital and soft loans, financed business premises thru the colonial British suckers. They showd that arrogance which pissed most of the indegenous Ugandans. For example if you went to a shop and burgained on a KG of sugar or bread, or shirt, and didnt get fail to buy because you dont have that much or failed to get a good deal, the Indian shopkeeper would insult any Afriacn in Indian- Luganda accent " oba tayagala genda malala jali..mali ya nyoko?". meaning " If you dont want to buy go, others are there will buy, is this your capital/ stock?". Many songs were sung after the 1972 kickout depicting that phrase/ quote.

As someone who is born in Canada as an Indian. This is absolutely sad to here. I want the best for Canadians who are born and raised here. I have 10 years of experience working in the nation I was raised and I am having some people have my job who aren't even fit for the job. It makes no sense to me. Our wages have stalled due to international students for a better life, but at the end I want money just like other Canadians who have been here for ages. Also we need to end why our government allows lucrative hiring contracts overseas for cheaper positions in certain degrees and diplomas. In addition, why are all of our call centers placed all over the world. From Africa, south east Asia, South Asia. Those jobs can be available here. We can have a decomcratic country if our country didn't care about just "growth" we didn't need more immigration. We needed systematic change in government, schools, common sense, I could go on. I think us as Canadians don't know how corrupt the world really is. Look at other countries and how they work. It's lucrative essentives to benefit only certain people. I would rather have our tax payer money be used to fix the system. My dad's been here since the 1980s and he is sad for everyone. This is a loss on both ends. We didn't create new universities, new highways to support the population, no hospitals, new schools. I remember when my class sizes were 18 to 20 kids. We need change, not radical because we were never that. Let's do what we do best and be Canadians for us first.

Immigrants also brought money alot of money. I came 3 years ago, I have friends from different countries. N when ever they speak with their country people they speak in their native tongue. Not all immigrants r bad, its govenment issue not people. Dont blame my people, they put application paid fee and also paid GIC of 20K plus college fee of 20k+. I know some people can be bad, thats where government should make law implementation better. Plus, no immigrant expected the job crisis tht exist, so whatever job to atleast save some amount rather than hitting the savings, we take. I have adapted the culture, I live my life peacefully without bothering anyone. If there's any religious activity, govt should contact groups and work out ways to celebrate festivals. I have culture from birth country in addition I added Canadian culture. The blend is good, and can be attained if govt make proper planning.

Tim Uppal, as a Member of Parliament and Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration, and Multiculturalism in 2010, announced a new initiative called the Student Partners Program (SPP) that resulted in a significant increase in the approval rate of visas for students from India. This turned out to be scam, students did not come to study and go back, it was a backdoor for PR. In addition, a number of Indian students on student visas have committed crimes such as extortion, drug trafficking and killed people on highways as unqualified truck drivers. Lastly, they majority of them lack of consideration for others may it be economically or socially.

I've lived in Surrey BC for most of my life, I'm an avid outdoors enthusiast and like most Canadians respect and admire nature's beauty. Years ago they built a pond on an undeveloped lot next to my neighborhood. It was a beautiful addition to the town as it allowed wildlife a place to find shelter, while giving us a little nature loop within walking distance. On multiple occasions I have caught people dumping literal truckloads of their households' trash into this small forest on a backroad I frequent. When confronted they laugh it off, and generally don't appear to see that what they're doing is wrong. The pond itself is also filled with crap, despite the posted signs informing of the harm this causes the ecosystem. From my (and most people who live here) experience it is overwhelmingly a single demographic that is responsible for the uncleanness in our shared spaces. Any BC resident can tell you about the access to beautiful nature we are privileged to, and I hate more than anything to see it being desecrated in the way I have. Most people will not speak up about this.

This is an immigration and refugee lawyer who owns a law firm and actively represents refugees/asylum seekers and immigrants from other countries who want not wish to become fully Canadian citizens My very important question to her As the principle Is how are you paid for your legal services and representation Lawyers always tell me they can be referred to by Law society of Canada For a 30 minute free legal consultation But once that is paid out by that association that is where lawyers and para legal professionals pay dues to join Then it’s up to those professionals to charge Hourly fee flat rate And All additional charges associated with the file/case law once opened and documents signed So how much does it cost to 1. Refugees claims 2. Asylum seekers claims 3. Immigration claims 4. Detainee claims 5. Deportation claims in the form of Appeals How many can they have Who pays these professionals? When media such as CBC Also government employees who are paid by the federal government Do not ask these questions Which are again Paid to NGOs By us poor taxpayers!!!!! In the US in 2025, ICE has deported half a million who are not in the US legally, and an estimated additional 1.5 million have self-deported, in some cases with government financial incentives. So 50k deportations might represent a comparably active effort for Canada, and 18k might be creditable for a Liberal government. But the effort sounds rather bureaucratic, and focused only on rejected refugee applications. I would want to know how many of these "deportations" are entirely on paper -- "your application has been rejected, please let yourself out at your earliest convenience." They spent roughly $5k per deportee, and that would cover air fare if the deportations were done privately, but adjudication costs money, and governments find many ways to make everything much more expensive. Also, if refugee claims can be judged false or inadequate, where are the efforts to determine whether "students" are really students? By the same token, the world is a dangerous place. I figure all those living in any of the many violent inner-city neighborhoods in the US have reason to fear for their lives. Similar facts are true of many millions around the world, and most of them would be rejected by Canadian immigration because they'd be safe if they simply moved to places they can't afford.

In Scotland, the Indian community has been a superb addition to our society. Granted, this happened decades ago, but they have integrated, and all the first gen ones I know consider themselves to be Scottish first and foremost. The citizens from their adjoining country are a bit of a different story tho.

And yet, liberal government got elected for additional 4 years. Canada voted for this. No point to complain about it now.

It seems that tariffs and job shortages have limited the employment opportunities needed to help them. Additionally, they can't afford to hire people in this economy.
