They can tolerate having all their family live in one house, as they buy multiple homes. These homes are left empty, until enough house are bought to take over a lane or an entire neighbourhood. They are not hostile; extremely friendly, yet not as concerned about wearing hair net or beard net or gloves when preparing food.
