I grew up in Brampton and we left in 2009. Canada is and has been cooked for years. We need saving desperately. A country of 30 million cannot sustain an influx from a country with a billion people.

Canadian economy is heavily propped up with exploiting people, everyone gets a share of the spoils, colleges, employment, real estate 10s of billions of dollars 2 million people by $500 a month in rent minimum 2 million x 365 days x $10 in food 2 million x $20,000 in tuition per year, and this is all low end numbers I'm using.

Between immigrants and other countries that take tax money from the system is the reason why we are in the situation we are in. You may say why is that. I say the billions of dollars spent elsewhere could be spent on the people where it was taken from in the beginning. Canadians could be not living under the poverty rate or homeless or this opioid addiction do you know how much the medication cost for suboxone or methadone 375 a month. Meanwhile the cost for a prescription of hydromorphone cast 130 to 150 a month. So sick of how much money goes on this big opioid crisis and how much it could be helped. Housing homelessness could be solved. The list goes on the billions of dollars could help the Canadian people's. Mental health is at an all-time high what do you think people are going to do soon mabe look at the fires that happened purposely. Or soon to be homegrown terrorists. All because of spending tax money carelessly add not giving the citizens what they deserve. Sad butt it's inedible.

If you giving 2.5 Billion to Ukrane at least this people work & they pay tax. They are not free loader.

Seriously you still don’t know why, try doing some research on the topic: how much international students pay as tuition fee. I read somewhere that it was about $50 billion. So when government is getting that much money why would they say no to immigrants.

This story tells you so much though . This city seems to be an example of how canadas integration policy isn’t working . Look what everyone said -> they couldn’t find jobs , none of the Canadians accepted foreign work experience so they created thier own jobs . B4 asking why aren’t you integrating has Canada asked the tough questions to themselves why do they make it hard for ppl to find jobs in the first place ? In India community is a strong feature no matter where you are they will create an environment that replicates home to ensure their roots stay strong and it’s also for support, loneliness and many things . Now ppl from India don’t just come to Canada due to job crisis back home they come bcz they want to escape the 1.4 billion population and suffocation that comes with it . The negative thing about Indians is they don’t know what’s right n wrong . It’s a thin line bcz that common sense isn’t taught in India . Call any big Canadian company, Bell, you get someone from the Philippines. Scotia bank, you get someone in Mexico and so on. They make billions and yet decide to hire outside of Canada. But when they hire someone from Canada, you stay on "temporary" status for years. After 2 or 3 years they move you to "temp full time" status and so on..... Most Canadians know this!
