This is a proven fact based on the figures no other community/demographic is as law abidding and successful as Indians in every single western country. Why is that all hate against Indians in Canada? Am not Indian origin , but what is wrong for Indian making majority in Brampton. Am black African living in Toronto , who love this country for giving me the chance to build my life and always I bless Canada and Canadians.saying all this , Do we not have a pocket in a city / town dominated by people whose origin traces all the way from Italy/ Portuguese/ Lebanon / Ukraine etc . So for me , yes you can talk about controlled immigration without dehumanizing Indian migrants. Am a proud Christian , and receiving an immigrants is a blessing, even my lord and king Jesus Christ was refugee in Egypt. Canada becomes a mini Punjab for the Khalistani terrorists/sympathisers. The Punjabi culture takes root courtesy of the Khalistanis - brings in more migration. Fast forward to today, the movement is now a tsunami with people from Punjab moving in large numbers. Why ? Because of the Khalistan movement, Punjab got destroyed economically (it was the richest state in India) as a result people are forced to move out. And the best place is their second Punjabi 🫣🫣 ie. Khalistani homeland Canada.

I love Punjabi people, they are high class and they surprise me when they tell me they were farmers before coming to canada because I don't get that rugged vibe from them. That guy at 2:50 was purhaps the most honest 'white' guy you will meet. The fact is Indians didn't take over, the upper class just decided to move north to Bolton or more west to the Halton area. Over time enough Indians replaced them to basically take over important roles like police officers and political positions. Eventually just like East Asians have Markham and parts of Scarborough, the south Asians had a high enough population for Brampton to be considered their home turf. Eventually though it was the student visas that drove Canadians crazy. Millions of students in record time and I believe there was an additional 4 million who came on temporary work visas during covid, eventually Canadians got annoyed. Personally I don't see any problem with it as long as we keep building apartments and homes for the new immigrants to rent and live it doesn't bother me. I would like to see three times more immigration especially from Europe as this country is super underpopulated and we need people to open factories and build companies that will strengthen Canada as a whole and employ our own not just send money back to their countries. So its not an invasion we just need come to a place of understanding and learn to work together. I will finish with the one negative; there truly is a massive lack of assimilation and this may prove to be more of a problem than we realize but I won't go into it. At this point, I'm over every culture. We have been conditioned in the West to think that we have no culture, we need to embrace, worship, and accept everyone else's culture. Really over it. We have built a beautiful way of life in the western world and we should work harder to preserve it. I've been to India. Although I like most Indians that come to our part of the world, WE DO NOT WANT OUR COUNTRY TURNING INTO INDIA (or any other country/culture for that matter). As a brown guy who is born and raised here, not every brown person is Indian. There are Guyanese, Trinidadians, Sri Lankans, Bengali, Nepali etc people that are in no way related, linguistically, culturally or religiously to people from Punjab that have been here decades and respect the land, the culture and learn English. The majority of the mass migration as of late has come from one state in India. Many are good people, but many try to make Canada the home they left. Too bad the rest of us south asians and west indians are painted with this broad brush.

Took a road trip out west this summer. Every province, in every city or small town with a population of 700 people. All Indians working at fast food places. The country is no longer great.

Good journalism, it's good to get out and hear what people are thinking. In viewing, it occurs to me that it's hard for white people, and maybe Christians, to understand some Asians. I'm an American, so-called white American, and love Sanatana Dharm, or what most people call Hinduism - that term should soon be forgotten. Anyway, this video shows a variety of people called Indians but whom are vastly different in belief. So much so, they maybe fighting in India but abroad, they stick together. Islam and most Indian philosophies (they are not religions as there is no overarching institution or organization) feed the "devotees" several times a day...it is a part of the culture, shared meals with those who share faith. The Indians, they basically want a better life and will send money home. Muslims will buy land through a trust and then buy more and more. I don't know about Canada, but there are no such cultures in America - well, the Church has bought a lot of land but does nothing to serve people. The Mormons have land and a strong daily schedule, some community churches have very strong programs, but as a whole, The Church has done nothing to make itself appealing and therefore, there's no opposite or equal force. What to do? and as far as assimilating, yes, they should, but to what? Should they start playing hockey, drinking beer, etc. The second gen might. The West has lost it's way and religion isn't the solution but a culture not so decadent would be a good start.
