As an indian living in canada im going to say this punjabis are not living in brampton because it feels like home most of them come to canada to flex and probably because the city is swamped with their people so they don’t have to communicate in english, i cant even count the number of times these people have talked to me punjabi while i tell them i don’t speak punjabi and they start getting offended ask me why i dont , like bro I’m from a different part of india , why don’t you speak my mother tongue or english to begin with , also the flexing culture they have is crazy , all i want to say is if you don’t know how to communicate in a language and still move to that country and complain you don’t have enough opportunities in your country you might be at fault not your country nor the new one that you moved into,most of them don’t even have papers , want a separate country for themselves, lack the skills and yet they are living like this, blame the government who let this happen not the rest of us.

As a non Indian Canadian born and raised I’m disgusted where my country has gone. Our population has doubled since 1980, not by birth rate, but because of the amount of Indians that have immigrated here. Unfortunately, they have no desire to assimilate, they bring their own culture and they stay in their own communities. The government offers tax breaks for businesses, hiring foreign workers over people born in Canada, leaving the youth without any part-time work. On top of that some of my favourite restaurants growing up, I haven’t eaten at in years because it’s been taken over by Indians, the quality of food goes down, you end up getting food poisoning and if you aren’t in their community, you get worse service and get charged more than what an Indian would pay at the same restaurant. They don’t understand cleanliness or sanitation, they leave their garbage and waste on the street and dump it in random locations, and quite frankly have no respect for anyone who lives here or the country that has taken them in. I feel like a minority of my own country and I truly don’t understand what being Canadian means anymore because I’m pretty sure being Canadian is a thing of the past. Most of my friends have moved further north, to Vancouver island or moved out to the prairies to get away from them and higher prices as everything gets more expensive, thanks to our government, caring more about immigrants than citizens. When a family gets accepted to come here they bring their parents their aunts and uncles their brothers and sisters on temporary visas, they also collect social assistance as soon as they arrive and when their visas expire, they have no desire to go back, which has resulted in thousands of illegals remaining here. I mean I get it. Why would you go back when you’re getting treated better here and are given food, housing and an allowance every month but it’s gotten to a point where India outnumbers Canadians. I want them all sent back.

And they want us to be less safe, and they don’t want us to be able to protect yourself against criminal individuals. There you go. I’m actually appalled at the racism in this video. People have a right to search for a better life for themselves. Why do you think white people ended up in Canada in the first place? It’s not their country. Immigrants are typically highly educated and pay Canada exorbitant amounts of money to move here and/or go to school here. They also take a loss because most of the time their university degrees are not recognized in this country. They swallow their pride and take jobs beneath them. Immigrants bring value to this country. They’re extremely intelligent and hard working. In my 34 years living here not once have I seen ANY Indians or Africans in shelters or on the streets.

As a Indian Sikh that was BORN in Australia with parents that have been in Australia for over 17 years, these new Indians coming here are the problem I’m not trying to be rude or racist but I’ve gone to India many times and there everyone is in Canada or something but when they get there they treat it like India, like if ur gonna go to a different country at least respect them . A refugee here. Through my job as an engineer, I'm probably giving back more than what half Canadian born do. Many Canadians just live off of interest in money they inhereted while we work to uplift the economy. Refugees would still rather go back to their countries as soon as the war is over. Canada 🇨🇦 has been trying to attract more people from Europe and that has failed for years now because of our winters. Nobody has children like in the past and the demographic of our population has declined. If we don’t have children, then who’s going to pay for the pensioners to live? Well Carney is a banker and I would expect a banker to have more money than just about anyone. As an immigrant who came to this country & fell in love with its culture 40 years ago, it's appalling to see how our beautiful first world country is quickly becoming a gutter. The newcomers these days are the privileged ones. All of us need to speak up, especially those of us immigrants who retain our original accents &/ non-white because our white fellow Canadians are accused of being racist whenever they do (though many could learn to be more eloquent. ie. go back to your country does NOT help)! I see it as my Canadian duty to remind "misbehaving" newcomers the reason they left their country in the first place. ie. You chose Canada for a better life, so why try to change it into the one you left? ie. Help me understand your logic? Why not leave your hate & war at the border; just like normal folks won't bring stinky garbage into their new homes. Life is challenging enough when you uprooted to a new country (especially our unforgiving cold Winter). So, just focus on the positive things in your new country & leave all your miseries behind... ie. Learn to adapt & enjoy your new country. Canada is a great country because of the love & effort of those before you, so now you are the beneficiary. Join the legacy by enhancing this beautiful country & its culture, so you can pass on this century old legacy for later newcomers to enjoy, like you do now. What dignity do you have & what kind of life lessons to your children by bullying your culture & religion into Canada at the expense of other Canadians? This will fracture Canada if everyone does that. Do you want this country to become so fractured & terrible that your descendants have to leave for a better country, like you did? Is that what your religion teaches you? Does it state it's perfectly fine to satisfy all your whims & wishes at the expense of others? I worked my entire career with the public, I very seldom encounter negative feedback when I do the above. If they get nasty, I tell them that's definitely not the Canadian way to make friends & wish them Good Luck! I also make a point in telling the wealthy ones "Tax Avoidance is legal (I'm more than happy to show them), but Tax Evasion is not! Then reminding them....Canada will be bankrupt eventually if everyone don't pay their fair share of taxes. ie. You may not suffer, but your children/grandchildren will. Worst Case scenario, you didn't get the necessary medical care when you most needed it!!! We should lobby for a mandatory course that all newcomers have to take & PASS a test about Canadian culture & expectations. If they fail, no citizenship for sure! I live on $800 a month and I am much too disabled to work and I don’t have family. In addition, I’ve been told I’m not eligible for rent gear to income, but it’s not like I’m going to get well. Thank god I declined my invite. I'm an Indian and was recently hired for my expertise but I respectfully declined and told my clients I would be able to remotely help them. I dont like Indians going to other Countries without valid visa or an invite from the other Country. It destroys genuine people like me.

Indians have been in Canada for a very long time. Many came from Punjabi closer to colonial times. The racism in the comments is inexcusable. People of all different backgrounds commit crimes , public nuisances, etc. and the complaining of dominating every industry? I’m not sure what angle that is. Maybe the other groups should do better at dominating industries or advocate for businesses to hire other Canadians (equal opportunity employment). And the whole “ cow poop video” Tyler posted is one village in India ; which of course makes Indians collectively look bad and gives way for many of you in the comments to continually perpetuate this idea that Indians are sub-human. And Tyler, word of advice, if you’re going to show parts of the Indian community and Hinduism religion in Canada — at least learn to pronounce words correctly so you don’t sound like a complete idiot.

Canadian that spent 16 years in Japan. I went as an individual. I stayed as an individual. Married a Japanese. Came back to Canada for a pension and can't wait to leave. I were in Japan and if I saw a group of Canadians arrive expecting Japan to change for them, I would have been severely pissed off with them. Every other country and normal immigrant that came as an individual or individual family probably thinks the same way I do. No one in any country likes to see "Mass Immigration" and even Japan these days are looking at an influx of half a million Indians and who knows how many more Africans. This will change Japan and they'll turn a good culture into their shitty culture and I'm not happy with that. I liked being one of few. Yes I had American, Canadian, Australian, Kiwi and British friends as well as Japanese friends. But we were all individuals that adopted the way of living in Japan into our everyday lives. If I go back, I don't want to be in india. It'd be like living in Brampton. What pisses me most is the attitude of that muslim guy. Yes you are out breeding us but not all majorities rule. In Malaysia, Malays rule despite being the smaller population. They have more Chinese and Indians there but they have to live under the rule of the native Malays. So you will have to do the same in Canada despite if your population is larger. You adapt to this country. The country doesn't convert to accomodate you. Individuals are key. Groups are the bane of all countries.

It is sad that after immigrated to Canada 25 years ago, now I'm planning to go back to my original country since I don't recognize country anymore, I didn't immigrate to an Islamist/Indian country.. If I wanted that I'd go to their country..
