The problem is, Canadian govt called too many..and that's all for money. Coming as a student needs lifetime savings. For anyone who doesn't know, it take upwards of $50k dollar to come to Canada as a student And that's for those diploma mill colleges. And students need an Extra 20k , often more to pay the remaining fee for next year, which means they have to work no matter what. This is why you see Indians working everywhere. Anyone saying there are too many Indians, well its because you are too greedy for that money

People complaining do not acknowledge that Canada created a corrupt system where educational institutions made money from foreign students, foreign students in return were happy as long as they got to work. At least they are willing to work and pay taxes. In fact, we should look at the root cause of these problems. It is the colleges making money off these immigrants, it is the corporations who do not want to pay decent living wages to Canadians so they are hiring these immigrants at minimum wage jobs. This is called capitalism where the corporate has to save as much money as possible for their shareholders. So yes immigration is a huge problem but immigrants alone are not at fault. The fault lies with the government (federal, provincial and municipal) and the corporate entities in Canada as well.

Please deport those involved. As a former landed immigrant turned Canadian citizen years ago, I urge the Canadian government to arrest and deport everyone involved in such behaviour. This country must remain peaceful and save for everyone. When we come to Canada we must intend to help build and maintain a stable society not tear the country apart and put others at risk. It’s time to get rid of all criminal elements within the borders of Canada. Canada shouldn’t be a gangster paradise. No one has the right to come to Canada and disturbed the peace and stability we all enjoyed. Please deport all the trouble makers, drug dealers and gangs. Don’t even waste taxpayers dollars keeping those criminals in prison, when they’re caught and proven guilty, please deport immediately.

I worked since I was 14, (A lot of times evenings and weekends, several times, two jobs)! I am now 63, I got hurt at work! First I had to fight compensation for a year, ZERO $$$! Then I had to apply to get Disability Canada Pension because I can't physically work anymore.. (damaged back, head injury, I have to use a cane and knee braces to walk)! I spent my savings just surviving while being forced to fight for MY money from my own government for 5 years just to get a measly $300. a month! THAT'S IT! Luckily my spouse works , we paid off our house ten years ago! But, we still barely get by! Every person I speak to about my case with the government on the phone, can barely speak English and yell at me or are VERY impatient with me, because I can't understand THEM, they usually hang up! When I ask to please speak to someone IN Canada, they hang up, then I have to wait another hour to talk to someone else! (I went to 4 government funded agencies to see if I could possibly get a job working from home, because I have trouble getting out! All sent me somewhere else! One agency who is supposed to help disabled people in WPG, REES, the agent refused to talk to me or look me in the eye, * he got a supervisor to talk to me! Because he's Muslim and I'm Gay! They were continuously hostile/aggressive towards me without reason??? I volunteer at 2 different food banks , I've met TONS of people who have never worked a day in their lives, their family, parents, grandparents have never worked... EVER! Yet they have brand new trucks??? Still go to food banks? AND, several new Canadians who I've met, have never worked a day in Canada... Some with new cars??? Yet everyone else receives 10 times what I receive to live on??? I PAID TAXES ALL OF MY LIFE! We can't afford a car! Yet... I don't blame them! I would take it they offered! I blame our government (NDP, Libs, AND CONservatives) who don't give a crap about disabled and seniors in Canada! Or if you paid taxes all of your life , into a system that's supposed to help when you need it! ALL politicians in Canada just whore out their votes! I've volunteered for almost 40 years, also holding down jobs, helping others, I've never seen so may seniors and disabled people forced to access food banks and soup kitchens than the last few years! EVER! Disabled people have to constantly prove they are disabled enough to get kitchen scraps from sociopathic politicians who are over paid and under worked! Fees go up, taxes go up, housing goes up, property taxes go up, bus fairs go up, etc.. Services go WAY down! We can afford trillion$ in corporate welfare, but not help our own? Seniors can't afford to live in their homes anymore! YOU'RE WELCOME for paying for YOUR golden pensions pig politicians, and NOT helping us when we need it! POS!

I think due to the prosperity and stability Canada has enjoyed for so long Canadians have developed a certain standard of living and expectations in regards to that. So no, we don't want to have to work 2-3 minimum wage paying jobs to get by, no we don't want to live 4 or more to a 400 sqft studio apartment, yes we want to be able to afford our own homes, yes we want to be able to achieve a stable middle class lifestyle. That doesn't work for the crony capitalists who's greed and lust for power always needs satiating. So we have the Liberal government bringing in more immigrants than we have infrastructure to accommodate in an effort to keep wages down so profits can always be up. Immigrants who are willing to accept a lower quality of life than what most Canadians expect/accustom to because it's still superior to where they came from. So the quality of life for all Canadians is exponentially reduced. We are to accept a lower quality of life and if we resist then we are branded with all kinds of derogatory names; racist, xenophobe, fascist, unacceptable fringe, far-right extremists, et al. What's undeniable is that before the Liberals took power in 2015 we had an immigration system in Canada that worked quite well and that since the Liberals took power our immigration system is a destructive mess. This isn't by accident or incompetence, it's intentional, by design. Unfortunately Canada has a problem with so much of our population being ideologically blind, willingly ignorant, easily manipulated, cowardly staying in an abusive relation with our current oppressive government. When the settlers from Europe,, Great Britain came to this huge beautiful land blessed with a bountiful, lavish nature did they ever care to understand,study and respect the value and life of those original natives who were the very first pioneers of Canada? Did they adopt their ways language and culture at least to a certain extent? Leave alone adopting or understanding. They took over the entire country and it's peoples through a brutal form of genocide and erasure of their beautiful natural way of life. I heard why the government did the immigrants wrong. I was talking to an uber driver and my pharmacist. They told me the promises of luxury in Canada has and offered for them to live a better lives. They didn't know after they came here for work and or college/university they become in major debt. They said that they're in a luxury debt and never getting out of debt knowing that they're stuck in Canada and can't be allowed to leave unless they pay off the debts. That's 100 % wrong to do that to people when they know they don't feel welcomed and want to go home. I'm a metis Canadian and I had to leave Ontario to find affordability and miss my home. GOVERNMENT THIS IS YOUR FAULT AND YOU KNOW IT! Let them go home in debt. You made this mess. FIX IT! Including the baby boomers that made the problem started 8 % rate interests to buy houses. That was a mistake that should be bought 1 house and nothing else. I forgot to add something. The uber driver told me that india doesn't know that it's a debt luxury trap that you can't leave unless you pay your debt. He felt alone and found some people and the internet to make himself feel better temporary. TEMPORARY! He hates it here, but he respects Canadians. He feels sorry for the new ones that are coming to become debt trap. It's the same for the pharmacy. She got into college to be a pharmacy and bought the store. She is on low income but doesn't qualify for any supports like benefits to pay off her medical things. The reason she can't because they'll see the pharmacy store is income. Wait what? So she doesn't quilify for benefits because she's making income to pay off her massive loan to do her job. It's not enough to live by as what she told me. She also does misses home, but also traped in luxury debt. This is what I have learned so far. I went through a car accident and coudln't get out of the car. I thought in Brampton, Ontario was the rudest people on the planet, but was saved by the angels of indian people saved me out of the vehicle from the smoke. I still thank you! There is still good people out there and some are stupid people out there. Keep it up because being kind gets you to be positive to others and make things better when the world is fcked right now.

Break down from a Canadian who moved to the US. Basically, Indians moved to Brampton because it was a cheaper area, yet close enough to Toronto. Immigrants drove taxi or drove truck usually were paid in cash, leading to tax evaluation. So they were able to save more... They were able to buy a bigger house for cheaper basically. New immigrants move to Brampton probably cause it easier. They don't need to assimilate as much as they sued to. They can speak their own language, not have to learn another, etc. You can actually see certain immigrant groups take to certain cities for the reasons above. Vaughn is Italian, Etobicoke was multi cultural, now Somalian(last I visited), sauga is Arab, etc The universities are a big scam, and the govt is part of it. They don't care cause they get money.... People create these fake colleges and bring in students. Students have "online" classes and so they don't actually go in . In Canada ur allowed to work 20 hours as a student, but all work more under the table. And yes. As a Punjabi, there is too many Indians. It was too many when I left. Worse now.. don't even like visiting Canada anymore unless I go to Barrie or something.

I grew up in Brampton and we left in 2009. Canada is and has been cooked for years. We need saving desperately. A country of 30 million cannot sustain an influx from a country with a billion people.

My mother came to Canada in 1965 with her family. She learned how to speak english by watching kids shows on TV. She had 4 girls by 1979. She could speak fluent English by that time. We lived in low rentals with other immigrants. It was all about one another. The many different cultures came together and shared. We were all dirt poor, but we all accepted one another for who we are. No one was better than another. Every kid I grew up with was a tried and true Canadian. Every single one became a citizen if they weren't born here. We all learned from one another. This Canada? It's not the Canada I know. I was born in Ontario. Many of my family members are still there. They're looked down upon. What? They're Canadians but they're looked down upon for being in that same small town. It's Sad. We need another peaceful protest in Ottawa. Save our Canada.

I'm a proud Canadian Immigrant of Indian origin. I came here to do specialized studies in Game Development. I took my time, and studied 6 years as an international student, paying 3x the tuition, sank $200,000 of hard earned money into the Canadian Education system — Not as a fast track gimmick to immigrate, but so I could achieve my dream as a Game Developer. This money was family income, earned on 1/4th the salary, taking 4x longer to save. I was a great privileged to me. Today 15 years later, no one would ever think I'm from India. I sound Canadian, I behave Canadian, I have Canadian values, and I am Canadian. I came here because I loved Canada. I would watch hours upon hours of indigenous history, and on my Citizenship day, I watched Juno Beach to celebrate. However I must say this... I suffered through s*icidal depression here for 8 years, because I had far less leverage here than in a developing country, and it's really telling what sort of situation we're all in... Rent caps in Canada were removed... The housing market was open to foreign investors / and real estate monopolies with a 20% year-on-year rise... Rents went from 1000$ to 2100$ MINIMUM for a 1 bedroom through Trudeau's term and the govt said "It's not a federal responsibility"... Auto insurance is like 2.5-3.5k a year in Ontario and if you get a dent, you pay a deductable... I was quoted 8500$ for two wisdom teeth surgeries while it costed me 260$ abroad... During Covid - property owners, banks, and grocery stores exploited our misery and made record profits!... The govt stopped filtering through it's immigrants with "interviews", and it's operating like a scam — "Bring all your foreign money, convert it to CAD, and keep our GDP stable.. while we neither have the infrastructure, nor the job market to support these numbers". I think some accountability is due... these issues are "symptoms", not the problem — The problem is our Liberal govt / policies, and our wonderful voting body who voted Liberal term after term after term while complaining. Why does this govt safeguard extremism, foreign politics, foreign separatism? Khalistanis are as much of a threat / nuance to India than it is to Canada, but in Canada they actually have a unrestricted platform. Instead of resenting immigrants, we need to start resenting how mismanaged Canada is by our govt, and hold our voting body accountable. We had a chance to vote differently, but once again a repackaged and rebranded Liberal term. Because my ethnicity is Indian, I've become an object of collective resentment / hatred, and I don't think that's fair.. Please direct it at your vote, and govt level policies. Why should I (and other's like me) be crucified with the sins of other immigrants? It's like hating all your neighbors in a burning building, when the management has been lighting the fire.
