Thanks for opening up dialogue and interviewing a pretty wide range. Immigration does make Canada beautiful when done in a sustainable way. I hope we can find a balance into the future, the last few years we lost that balance.

At 3:33 he says parent grandparent program increased by 400%. I am not going to fact check other stats here but IRCC took in applicant last in 2020 and since then application intake is 0. The 2020 pool is used little by little everywhere 10k to 15k per year. So in 3 years 36k applicant processed. This 400% number probably is total received in 2020 vs previous years (process was different) from all over but that many DO NOT get invited to apply.

🎉IRCC has discovered excessive abuse and fraud in the immigration system. Immigration is federal and they have the absolute power and rights to enforce the laws to cancel visas. The immigration system was abused and in a complete mess. Every country must fix their own citizens or country problems first before bringing in foreigners to make it worse. The last time ive been in the states was when a simple driver license was enough for entry.

At lastly..government & authorities has taken absolutely extraordinary steps against..new immigration & jobs in immegrants should be close & send them backs without hesitations..housing crises & unemployment will be improved immediately..go ahead without delay…wakes up..wakes up..we are delayed in decision.

Heightened scrutiny undermines Canada's reputation as a welcoming destination? Isn't this the point? Meanwhile, lax policies allow too much abuse of our "wecoming" system. Finally, with the US tightening their borders, Canada will be the desired destination for North America, and our policies must prepare for this likely outcome. One last point is this: i would rather this country take care of the first nations peoples, the dispossessed, those marginalized within our society and our elderly who've contributed to this country's growth and prosperity but, due to one or another reason, dont have workplace pensions for retirement. Once we've sorted out our own peoples, seen properly to the needs of those who were actually born here, ensured our hospitals and schools are well funded, then we can look to service the needs of a migrant population.
