How does this make sense? Trump being the stupid ass he has always been, put tariffs on imported goods from Canada causing US citizens to pay more for goods from Canada. So PM Trudeau sets tariffs on goods coming in from the US causing CAnidian citizens to pay more for goods imported from the US.\nHaving said that, I do see that PM Trudeau will be causing Canadian citizens to stop buying imported US products, slapping Trump in the face and causing hardship to US manufacturers. 3:02 I think 90% of what this dude said is so horribly off the mark but even I have to agree with this. If immigrants could successfully assimilate before, why not now? I remember in the 2010s hearing about immigrants/refugees not assimilating in Europe and constantly just thought "well why don't they just do immigration with strong assimilation like we do here in Canada?", and now we had 4 years of sloppy immigration give or take, unfortunate. At least the straight up policies that led to this influx of poorly managed immigration is removed, but the same leaders and cabinet members and the like of the liberal government are present. Oh and did I mention they keep privatizing things, throwing money at mining industries without any seeing of the benefit to working Canadians realistically, and planning to build a pipeline by like 2035 towards east Asia which will likely be majority renewable energy by then, without actually trying to address the issues now present from the 4 years of sloppy immigration policy?

Immigration is out of control in Canada. Just too many at once, healthcare cannot support Canadians. No housing for canadians , no housing for Immigrants

Temporary means a specific amount of time! Once the time has run out that means one needs to prepare to return to where one came from. Not assuming one has automatically gained citizenship finishing the temporary workers permits/visa. Time's up,time to carry on!

Main culprit here are the Agents/lawyers who tried to convince an applicant that by using loop hole in the system, they can get every crook in Canada, this is what the problem is, there should be a permanent banned and jail time for any person who is legally misleading or helping to circumvent the system which resulting in flood of illegals in the country.

Every Province should do the same except we know Quebec gets special treatment.

I have never voted conservative before, and I agree with Michelle. Vassy is embarrassing herself. Bogus asylum claims. The evidence? Ummm, the amount of rejected claims? Indian students claiming asylum after their student visas expire and they can’t get PR any more which their “consultants” promised them.
