As an Indian I am shocked too! Unchecked immigration? How is the mass immigration helping Canada? These illegal colleges created just for immigration, these are open secrets, why these are not tackled? Being in the tech industry I thought I could get PR relatively easily. But everyday I am seeing stories about people moving to western countries, beating the system, not paying taxes - how does that even work?

Totally agreed. If you want to maintain your culture then do not migrate. But whose fault is this? Canada and some other western countries give too much freedom to immigrants to do whatever they want. So people started keep practicing their own culture instead of adopting the Canadian culture. It's not their fault. That's human nature. Government should have controlled the immigration not letting large ethnic groups created within Canada.

I am a true Patriot of Canada, but we have been living on boral time when it comes to our defense systems, including the borders. And we have depended on the U S far too long, and for that I blame the Canadian government. The Trudeau/liberals said they were going to fix it well here we are unprepared now here we are 10 years later. We need an election right now. What do we think about it? I've heard words that are not in any dictionary. Yet, they are understood in their intent. There are too many that are far too ignorant. Those, give them all a bad rep. I don't blame them for being here, except those that don't leave when required. However, the government knew it would be a problem with the numbers allowed; lack of resources to ensure they were sent packing when their time expired. It should be codified in law that if you do nkmot leave, your entire family, including extended family gets the boot.
