Liberals just basically trying to get all the votes in. That's why. These people will never vote conservative.

Criticism of Liberal government's immigration policy as vote-seeking, with an unsubstantiated claim about immigrant voting patterns.

"You can take a man out of the village, but you cannot get the village out of a man".
Immigration, in particular of India, as alluded in this video, is not a/the problem per se. After all, more than 50% of Canada is immigrants, if you don't want to consider French and English colonizers immigrants, too.
The real problem is when Indian immigrants, and truly any immigrants, DO NOT WANT TO ASSIMILATE and/or do not any effort in doing it.
Critiques immigration policy and immigrant behavior, arguing the real problem is lack of assimilation rather than immigration itself.

The opinion that they're importing labor is wrong. We're all dollar signs for the government. People are like cattle to a government.

I came here from Nigeria as a professional. I must say the Canada govt has to develop some spines. I am grateful for the opportunity to be in Canada. I do not take it for granted.
But truth be told, if you ve got a country like Canada, you cannot allow everyone in the world in. You can’t allow a single country change your demography except you are STUPID. Even heaven has boundaries. You can’t allow everyone. It is not wisdom to allow everyone.
Most western countries have left God, they have the civilization that came from Christianity but they have left Christ and are using their wisdom. They definitely will mess up things. Common wisdom will be difficult.
Nigerian immigrant sharing lived experience while critiquing Canada's immigration policy as too permissive and arguing for demographic preservation.

The first thing that needs to happen is to take the multiculturalism rule out of the charter of rights. Go ahead, be multi cultural but within the 4 walls of your house. If you are unable to assimilate and learn the language and adopt the culture of the place you'd like to potentially call home then perhaps it isn't quite home then is it?
Calls for removal of multiculturalism from the charter and demands cultural assimilation as a condition of belonging.

Across both Alberta and British Columbia, when in a large center, it is quite easy to believe you are in India not Canada. Thanks Eastern Canada for continuing to elect Governments who in a desperate attempt to hide their miserable economic performance have relied on immigration to falsely boost the numbers. Albertans want out.
Critiques government immigration policy as masking economic failure while asserting regional identity and desire for separation.

Immigration has not changed in law, what has happened is that since the government has allowed its workers to work from home during COVID, and stay at home years after the standards have gone to shit, they make mistakes and are slower then ever. They need to get back to the officer under proper supervision.
Critiques government bureaucratic inefficiency and work-from-home policies as the root cause of immigration processing problems, not policy itself.

Indian American here, who spent nearly every summer in Canada growing up (and writing from Canada right now). Not all Indians are created equal, just like any other country. Plus, many are poor and just like any other country, social class matters. Canada needs to be way more selective for some time. I love both cultures so it's important that Indian culture doesn't over-run Canadian culture.
Combines personal background with criticism of Canada's immigration selectivity and concern about cultural preservation.

As one gentleman was saying they don't pay taxes... that has no facts, that is only his opinion. Every immigrat i know works two jobs to succeed and pays his or her share of taxes. Some of these individuals interviewed had now knowledge but just opinion. The host should be asking experts not just random people.
When we need a kidney transplant, we see specific specialist, not random people on the street. To fix any issues in our society, we need to interview experts, not option based people
Critiques the video's methodology for relying on opinions rather than expert analysis, and defends immigrants' tax contributions based on personal observation.

Canada is in the same boat as England and Australia where our government is run by an Anglo-Saxon form of government. It's just now a modern day system of slavery by which the rich stays rich if you can bring in cheap labour by disguising or manipulating the numbers in use of immigrants. I honestly don't understand why people can't do the simple math when we live in a world based on capitalism and it's countered by Marxism.
Critiques Canadian government immigration policy as exploitative labor scheme serving capitalist interests, with comparative reference to England and Australia.
