You talk about the French Language??? Ottawa is a ENGLISH province. The French language was implemented by Trudeaus dad when it was English only and Quebec wanted to separate. The French people take up our government jobs in Ottawa and leave the lower paying jobs to other non speaking French. the problem with people that immigrate to foreign countries - they think they are being treated unfairly because they pay higher fees. Most of people that immigrate for study dont know that the domestics get charged lower because their fees are subsidized.
