As Canadian citizens we want our money back , this was the liberal government’s irresponsibility that caused this , we should not have to pay for their irresponsibility. The Biden administration opened their borders to spite trumps wall and the Canadian liberal party followed the same policy.
Criticizes government policy decisions and fiscal responsibility, blaming liberal administration for immigration costs.

Don't be fooled Canada has been using tariffs on American goods for decades, it's not new and this isn't some bold great leader doing the right thing. He's a baby stomping his feet because he wants to tariff America and not be taxed back. He's not a leader and he's not a man. He's a little boy doing tiny petty things. He was fine when the gravy train made him a profit, he's mad because the free money just ran out.
Critiques government tariff policy as hypocritical and petty, with personal attacks on leadership credibility and character.

First time he's stepped up. I still do not want Liberals in power. It's a great speech but he's created some of the problems in Canada. He should have closed the border years ago and paid more for the military help.. Too little too late but he's finally protecting Canada! No Putin no takeover, not Trump!
Criticizes Trudeau's past policy decisions (border closure, military spending) while acknowledging current protective measures, framed as overdue action.

I don’t believe anything that they are saying. And nobody should, until the visible evidence is proven, then when we all see in person day to day. The day that we can go through the process of ordering a coffee without having to have a translator, would be a good day.
Expresses distrust of government claims and cites observable concerns about language barriers in daily interactions, framing immigration as a credibility and integration issue.

We asked for Canada to control the border, they did not. The tariff came after this request was denied. Canadians should be concerned about dangerous people coming through their country to get to the US. I hope your government shows more concern for your welfare as our president does for ours!???
Criticizes Canadian border policy as inadequate and justifies US tariffs as response, while expressing security concerns about border control.

Critiques Trudeau's tariff policy as economically harmful and suggests a simpler solution exists.

This is what happens when Canada is too LAX on immigration policies and afraid of being labeled “racists” when the fraudsters themselves always use as a card if things don’t go their way. There is a disturbing GENDER UNBALANCE in this panel considering Canada champions itself with “diversity” that includes gender.
Criticizes immigration policy as too lenient and accuses the government of avoiding 'racist' labels; also expresses concern about gender imbalance, mixing policy analysis with demographic anxiety.

Who will be paying tariffs? Trudeau? No. It’s us Canadian. For years this govt did nothing much to attract new business or grow economy.

Yeah and we all know who is to blame for this. Justin Trudeau, Sean Frasier and Marc Miller. Funny how politicians in this country aren’t held responsible for the bad decisions they make that seriously affect Canadian lives. Canadians have lost their homes and their jobs because of mass immigration.
Blames specific politicians for immigration policy failures and calls for accountability regarding job/housing losses.

Nice to hear an intelligent speech. Why destroy relationships with your closest allies and then cuddle up to Putin and Russia? The only thing that makes sense is that Trump wants to make the USA like Russia. An oligarchy where the ultra-rich have all the money and control, and everyone else is poor and powerless.
Criticizes Trump's foreign policy decisions (relationships with allies, Russia) and implies moral concerns about oligarchy and inequality.

Here's the whole problem/situation summarized: Canada has been getting treated like it's a vacation resort rather than a country. And yeah, it doesn't entirely matter who exactly is treating it this way. Those who move to and those that live in have been doing this. Which is unfortunate, it's supposed to be far better than this but peace has made people delusional in a way and started to treat Canada like a resort for their early retirement. While trying to act like they AREN'T retirees.
Critiques Canadian immigration policy as treating the country like a resort, with identity framing about who belongs and how the country should be treated.

Critiques government policy for enabling immigration while framing it as cultural replacement, blending policy analysis with identity concerns.
