Im not defending but I didnt find anything 'racially' identifying the delivery boy.\nThats just a typical abusive, uncouth, idiotic and confused customer who is arguing and abusing because of some systemic error. That happens alot of times across the globe and judging by the class and manners of that customer he wouldve abused any caucasian, Asian or black person the same way.
