I’ve been graciously invited to several over the years, drinking, eating, talking, dancing & learning until the wee hrs. Always an amazing & humbling time. Great neighbors, always looking out for each other. \nI was however a little shocked to go outside at 2am following election results to find a full on Latino trump block party. Flags, hats & all. \nI was offered but made up some excuse to deny having a shot of tequila this time. Looked fun, food smelled delicious. \nI just couldn’t hang out at that moment.
