1 year, 10 months ago @StewNWT Simple solution - use the key he has to the appt and simply go in with him and several relatives and remove all of her things, change the locks and be done with it. Come on she has no recourse 2 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @Butterfly-rd4je How about all those tenants that are waiting for landlords to fix n repair issues in apartments ?\nPeople buy opportunities have money for renovation but no money to fix issues in other units.\nHow is that fair.???\nThese issues are crazy. 6 N0xk0Bn6FqI

1 year, 10 months ago @Venomlady22 And there's still unaffordable housing, and it's just going to give landlords more excuse to make it harder to rent. 2 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @jpill3576 Government workers must work Saturdays! and take the day off on Mondays. This will help hard working people's life easy and saves millions for poor good progress for the country, for who loves it 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI

1 year, 10 months ago @purple7vi0let Listen up tenants: you reap what you sow in life. You can't expect good things when you do wrong (they also say karma is a b......) beware! 19 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @davelebowski2859 Landlords are parasites, they rely on other people to actually go out and stimulate the economy. The whole business model is to target high wage earners who cant afford a mortgage for whatever reason. Career landlords can cry whatever crocodile tears they want. They add no value to society. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI

1 year, 10 months ago @46byv6rub We are paying so much in taxes to the government, and they can't even protect honest, hardworking landlords from freeloading scumbag tenants! This effectively amounts to legalized theft. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI

1 year, 10 months ago @blitz8702 Exactly landlords are aware of housing crisis in Canada. That is why they start breaking the law by evicting old tenants and bringing in new tenants for higher price . Dishonest reporting there is more to this story and housing crisis in Canada people are sleeping on the streets . 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @highstreetkillers4377 Meanwhile I get evicted for asking for a rent receipt. Bank records aren't evidence anymore I guess. Likely it's because I'm the wrong colour. It is called Social Justice Tribunal 1 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @rozaivanova6515 The law have to be change to protect the owners not the tenants 2 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @chiggyvon People shouldn’t be allowed to scam and not pay rents. But I also don’t believe people should be allowed to own residential properties as investments. Theres no shortage of other things to invest your money in. If people couldn’t own residential properties for renting purposes these scammers wouldn’t be able to do this. They would have to buy a home or nothing. Also homes would be less expensive with no investors in the market. 5 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @irememberla6460 Some entitled renters think that all landlords are rich and have no expenses. What ever happened to respect and decency? 42 N0xk0Bn6FqI

1 year, 10 months ago @wc4109 Why can’t we sue the Ontario Tenancy Board for delays in hearing? They should be held liable as much as the bad faith tenants… 1476 N0xk0Bn6FqI
