4 years, 2 months ago @messyl1900 Quebec is the best province ? Why did you spend such a small amount of time explaining information about it ? [Don't forget the Stanley Cups ;) ] 1 fWTbOEbUxhY
4 years, 2 months ago @loriweber1948 You fail to alert people that if they move to quebec they will be subjected to bill 21 and have religious freedoms curtailed. A serious impediment to many public careers. 0 fWTbOEbUxhY
4 years, 2 months ago @sarahfuller5482 I haven’t travelled much of Canada but I refuse to believe bc doesn’t crack the top 3. It’s beautiful. It has it all. Cities. Mountains. Oceans. Forests. Deserts. It’s expensive AF but so is Ontario. Everyone I’ve ever met from Ontario cannot stop gushing about how beautiful bc is it that there are ACTUAL mountains here. And the weather in both Ontario and Alberta is awful in comparison. 3 fWTbOEbUxhY

4 years, 2 months ago @ScuffTuff I think every Canadian would expect the top 5 to be some combination of Québec, Nova Scotia, Alberta, BC, and Ontario but I’m kinda surprised by the order lol. I’ve lived in Ontario, Manitoba, and Alberta but have travelled to every province except Newfoundland and Labrador. Only 22 so that probably has some effect but I kinda expected \n1. Ontario \n2. Alberta \n3. British Columbia \n4. Québec \n5. Nova Scotia \nCost of living definitely screws BC and Ontario over though. Pretty solid list, the 5 are pretty much interchangeable depending on what you’re after. 2 fWTbOEbUxhY
4 years, 2 months ago @pierrepoulin2057 well with COVID and restriction starting sooner and easing later that everywhere else in Canada, Québec is not the best province anymore that is for sure \nanyway all of Canada is going down so it doesn't really matter 0 fWTbOEbUxhY

4 years, 2 months ago @GoNucks86 B.C. 30 years ago. Too many idiots here now. 1 fWTbOEbUxhY
4 years, 2 months ago @mikerahl123 I would dispute the cost of living argument putting Quebec at #1. I'm from there, and in Quebec, you have extremely high tax rates, almost no social services (since the health care system started imploding in the 90s and has the only such system in Canada that is almost completely non-transportable across provinces as Quebec refuses to pay anyone else or delays payment for so long, other provinces give up). Daycare workers don't even make minimum wage, the education system is heavily politicized and extremely poor (far too many teachers who couldn't care less about their students and do little work), rents are quite high in most cities, especially when you couple them with the high tax rates and the infrastructure is among the worst in North America. There are good points about Quebec, but I put it about on par with Montana or Alabama for what it offers the population, compared to costs. And then there's the wonderfully racist and nationalist government that feels it's a crime to wear a scarf. 0 fWTbOEbUxhY
4 years, 2 months ago @lewisbonnell2509 This list is absolute BULLSHIT! What's the point of pitting Canadians against each each other? The producers didn't even have enough integrity to admit it's only THEIR opinions!! 1 fWTbOEbUxhY
4 years, 2 months ago @murraywhalen6523 Alberta is the best. If it wasnt for our transfer payments Quebec is a welfare state. 0 fWTbOEbUxhY
4 years, 2 months ago @drnanard9605 Didn't know Newfoundland was pronounced Newfinlin 0 fWTbOEbUxhY
4 years, 2 months ago @bluemule6278 Are you kidding me. Quebec is the one province that you feel you're not in Canada. If you don't speak french they don't want to bother with you. Let's not forget how the covid numbers went at the beginning. There's a reason for that. The drivers are crazy. 0 fWTbOEbUxhY
4 years, 2 months ago @paulmajerski6848 I'd move Ontario to the number one spot while putting Quebec at number 3. Income taxes in Quebec are way higher, weather is colder. Even with cheaper power, child care and car insurance the amount of income tax you pay looks like robbery compared to all the other provinces. 1 fWTbOEbUxhY
4 years, 2 months ago @ZER0X1206 I find it funny how Quebec is apparently the best, but with how many Canadians I've talked to, alot seem to hate Quebec, myself included, I've talked to lots of people and usually they all say they dislike or hate Quebec, could be an opinion thing but idk 0 fWTbOEbUxhY
4 years, 2 months ago @TheSilverEagle I live in Waterville Quebec, I have visited from one end to the other and I still prefer Quebec. I loved visiting every province & as a Carnival worker I got to know a lot of people. Canada is One big family. 30 fWTbOEbUxhY

4 years, 2 months ago @damonp5363 Never forget: Saskatchewan's top 2/3 is Canadian Shield. Not really my idea of a boring landscape IMO. The Cree Lake region is also home to the largest collection of Aboriginal pictographs in the entire Canadian Shield. Basically all of the pictographs are only accessible by canoe/boat/plane. Only a windy skinny gravel road 20km north of la ronge goes the rest of the 800km to athabasca to uranium city.\n\nPlus Prince Albert....wooo wee that towns a jungle. Worst crime rate in a town you can walk across in an hour. 45 fWTbOEbUxhY
4 years, 2 months ago @canadaforlife5180 Racist Quebec is the worst 0 fWTbOEbUxhY
4 years, 2 months ago @stephenmcdonald664 Saint John, New Brunswick, is my favourite place to visit. An historic seaport founded around 1783 or so. A relatively unknown gem. 3 fWTbOEbUxhY
4 years, 2 months ago @dummiesguide5393 Great list except your number 1. The most racist, nationalistic part of Canada. As someone front two prominent Quebec family (the Lemieux’s and Chabots) it’s sad what’.s happened to that province 0 fWTbOEbUxhY
4 years, 2 months ago @uphilllife6803 And has a newfie the only place I've been that made me feel unwanted was Quebec, and I've been everywhere. 1 fWTbOEbUxhY
4 years, 2 months ago @uphilllife6803 The unemployed rate is high in nfld because the system is rigged. You're better off on welfare than you are making minimum wage. A able bodied person getting taken care of ,where's the motivation. And you forgot we got the highest rate of people on welfare that owns pickup trucks and skidoos anywhere in Canada. And my your big gib draw boys. 0 fWTbOEbUxhY
4 years, 2 months ago @lostangelus16 Just a note, if you’re going to these provinces for any reason, try to stay in the bigger areas as much as possible if you’re any kind of minority. As someone who has lived in small towns in Ontario (one of the better provinces for bigotry, which isn’t saying much) it’s still pretty fucking bad 1 fWTbOEbUxhY
4 years, 2 months ago @joelouis5118 Go go 0 fWTbOEbUxhY
4 years, 2 months ago @WiFuzzy Need to cut transfer payments to quebec. The obviously don't need as much. Give more to the bottom 3. 0 fWTbOEbUxhY
4 years, 2 months ago @tedrobinson372 Canada is a vey parochial country with lots of hidden corruption. It is controlled by a few wealthy families who essentially control our minds and pocketbooks. Foreigners who come to Canada soon find out the truth after they arrive. 0 fWTbOEbUxhY
4 years, 2 months ago @davidbentrin1088 It's hard to know where to start with this incredibly shallow, low information drivel ... clearly, the narrator has no personal experience with the places he speaks about - it's just a bunch of generalizations and trivia that in no way do justice to Canada's provinces ot to the country as a whole 0 fWTbOEbUxhY
4 years, 2 months ago @CANADIANKETCHUP420 Canada has problems like any other country prostitution drug abuse and homeless people especially up north . British Columbia is also one of the worst with skid row . Look we got enough problems don't visit just stay where u are LMAO 0 fWTbOEbUxhY
4 years, 2 months ago @crankybastid2197 Vancouver Island and northern BC is gorgeous. The rest? Meh! 1 fWTbOEbUxhY
4 years, 2 months ago @stuartyablon7184 Quebec is nice, but no way is it #1. AB all the way! 1 fWTbOEbUxhY
4 years, 2 months ago @TheStp77 I love Quebec also but like any province it has its flaws, we are governed by 2 gouvernements who hate each other so both fight about everything,we pay taxes to both these governments, the only way you can attend or send your children to English school is if you were born here(canada) and someone in your family went to english school, so if you are french or an immigrant you have no choice in the matter you are going to french school, we were voted the most corrupt province a few years back, you can do anything you want though….as long as you paid for your permit to do it, wanna ride the trails on your atv 300$, wanna ride a motorcycle anywhere between 600$(for a cruiser) to 1700$(sportbike), growing cannabis is illegal unless you buy a 600$ permit then its ok. But even with all its flaws its still an amazing place AND we have maple syrup ? oh but if you make some don’t forget permission from the Federation to sell it cause they can impose massive fines all the way up to seizing you farm. But really its not all that bad…. Crap gotta go it’s curfew time don’t wanna get a 1600$ fine for being out past 8. \n\np.s our Poutine isn’t the one starting a war 10 fWTbOEbUxhY
4 years, 2 months ago @MrMikeo09 hahahahahahahahaha Quebec as number 1. Literally the last place in Canada I would ever move and I've lived in Canada my entire life and lived in 4 different provinces 1 fWTbOEbUxhY

4 years, 2 months ago @peterhazelton14 Lol. Imagine a list that has Alberta ahead of BC. And I’m from Nova Scotia living in Ontario. Lol, where ya from bud? 0 fWTbOEbUxhY
4 years, 2 months ago @dennispowers3798 You obviously did not travel to all of these provinces.i have and I can say that your list is biased.i spent lengths of times in all places of Canada.i know.... 0 fWTbOEbUxhY

4 years, 2 months ago @bogdanromanyuk7011 Its been 25 days since war came to Ukraine. Every day civil people and children die under missile attacks. At the same time American companies like Johnson & Johnson, Procter & Gamble, Citibank continue their operations in russia sponsoring the war and making money on the blood of innocent Ukrainians. Help us convince them to wind down any operations in Russia. Stop paying taxes and sponsor their army! \nSpeak up, contact your authorities, refer to your politicians, convince them to give Ukraine full military support and increase economic blockade for russia. Help Ukraine defend themselves. 1 fWTbOEbUxhY
4 years, 2 months ago @trapkidd39 Québec is the worst 0 fWTbOEbUxhY
4 years, 2 months ago @ruhningfast7016 I would think about your wallet, types of activities you enjoy, political climate, year-long weather, diversity/inclusion, life stage, etc. and keep in mind that even within each province, there are different parts (cities/towns) that vary greatly e.g., rural versus urban. This is the same as ranking the US states - we will all have our opinions. 2 fWTbOEbUxhY
4 years, 2 months ago @lukejaffray2518 No way Quebec is number 1 even Canadians don’t wanna live there haha and even though they are one of the 3 richest provinces with Alberta and Ontario they take massive equalization payments from Alberta that should be going to help the Maritime provinces and not to help the rich 1 fWTbOEbUxhY
4 years, 2 months ago @simonbernard935 I would invite people to not believe the part about quebec. The rent in montreal is becoming more and more expensive and the populations is very unhappy to live in this shitty province 0 fWTbOEbUxhY
4 years, 2 months ago @ThePatfre I'm from Québec, but I love all the provinces of Canada, they are just different from each other, and keep in mind even the worst in Canada is way better than a lot of countries. For me, I see the rest of Canada like family, like cousins. So I love them all. Even the native in the north, I don't see them a lot but hey, they are family too. 1740 fWTbOEbUxhY
