1 year, 11 months ago @matt-sm8ur To make it simple, YES. 0 eP02h50KIOA
1 year, 11 months ago @steverollins752 This is not even remotely sustainable and has huge implications for our standard of living, gdp per capita, productivity, healthcare, housing, infrastructure etc. Canadians need to wake up. 2 eP02h50KIOA
1 year, 11 months ago @BarbGagnier Thank you for educating Canada. Most of these students are not at fault but unfortunately, they are trying to stay in Canada. We need to control this immigration problem. The strain on housing and the medical system is out of control. I truly believe that the Liberal government is trying to destroy the country. They are unable to do basic math. The school is not responsible for monitoring the number of visas given out. It is the government that allocates the visas. Embarrassing that they are blaming the schools. Marc Miller is another Liberal who has to go. 0 eP02h50KIOA
1 year, 11 months ago @M0n0bl4nc0 My main concern is that Canada is unable to keep up with this level of immigration. Economically, socially/culturally. 0 eP02h50KIOA

2 years ago @alcorns9247 There IS NOT a lack of housing in canada , there IS ONLY an affordability problem along with far too much immigration by volume and time frame . Our services and infrastructure (ie; transit services , health care , employment , realisticly affordable housing , finances , etc .) are no where near adequate to accomodate canadians even before the over populating of foreigners . They have been coming here and buying up all the affordable housing during , and post pandemic , with offers far above listed or fair market values , to push owners to sell without question or thought . Following this they stack multiples into these homes illegally and against code , to be able to take up all employment at wages that canadians can't survive on ,forcing them out of employment , homes or both . Once stable and trained to know that business operation , one of their people buy the business and no longer hire any canadians . YES ! TRUE FACT!! How is this accepted ? This is something we could never get away with anywhere .... Selling your country , one property at a time , is only absolute lunacy . They pay top dollar and care nothing about the money , because being that they own most of the businesses , they will get it all back from you within about a years time by raising prices ultimately to do so . Why we have been so run into a crisis within a silent war , is far of that beyond me as we should b lead by our suposed intelligence . There is only right now to react , and correct on this !! We want our home back as it was !!! Oh , and a leader is defined by one who leads , not one who experiments at the expense of our lives !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2 eP02h50KIOA

2 years ago @windmaster5000 Im glad that international student Job hours were dropped to 20h a Week. I definitely seen a drop at work. Few years ago we'd get High School Students who get Summer Jobs. 2 years ago @jefff6447 I walked through the U of A in 2015, the classrooms were mostly full of students from asia and India. It took 15 min to walk through the university and the first Canadian I saw on campus was outside, walking to the same Oiler game. 0 eP02h50KIOA

2 years ago @Woolverine25 ABSOLUTELY!!! International students should only be allowed entrance to Canadian educational institutions AFTER all Canadians have been admitted!! Universities are using the cost of international students to GUARANTEE their salaries keep going up, EVERY year there’s a tuition hike & that’s NOT right or ethical!!! Some of these Deans & Professoes are making 6 figures!!! 0 eP02h50KIOA

2 years ago @edmilsonfernandes8450 these universities want more students and there isn't enough space. Why don't they build big dorm areas that would house these students? 0 eP02h50KIOA
2 years ago @user-mi6pq2uu9s 2 countries with population crisis should be banned from the country indefinitely except those who donate 50m$ each and problem solved. Else, Canada will soon become a fourth world country 0 eP02h50KIOA

2 years ago @jenniferwarmanargue2205 Many students are now seeking asylum! 0 eP02h50KIOA
2 years ago @jenniferwarmanargue2205 I work in security and I’ve interviewed many international students who are looking for work. MANY (approximately 80%) are taking Business Management and attending colleges like Norquest College. Why are we not steering some of these students to different programs? 0 eP02h50KIOA

2 years ago @TheBodrey Canada is accepting too much of everyone. Time to close the doors for the foreseeable future. There isn't enough affordable housing for all of the people that are already here; never mind millions of newcomers. I don't understand why Trudeau is allowing so many people to come here. 5 eP02h50KIOA

2 years ago @k_and_m8745 I feel bad for many of the India people coming to Canada.\n \nThere is no clear solution if the governments don't start controlling the numbers of foreign students to be enrolled and same with the schools for hurting not just the people of the cities their in but also their own staff tend to struggle because of the lack of housing.\n\nIn my line of work, almost every single one of them should not have been on the phone for technical support, not because of a lack of education but a lack of speaking English clearly. Some of them or should I say a lot of them were promoted to supervisors. That made my father extremely upset when first he would not understand the tech rep and then to have a supervisor with the same challenge was horrendous. 0 eP02h50KIOA
