At the moment the tenant doesn't pay rent, the contract should automatically fail. You go to work, employer don't pay you, you stop working, you go to a store, you don't pay bill, you cannot work out side of the store, why renting has so much previliage? |

This is the reason why I don’t rent to Canadians. I have so many horror stories like these. Being an owner myself, I work 7 days a week with no rest days. And try to create something for ourselves. And mostly Canadian tenants try to abuse the system. It’s so difficult and don’t want to deal with this, so am scared to death to give to rent to anyone. |

How can this not be a simple civil application? “Your honour they haven’t paid rent in 3 months since we gave them the eviction notice. The lease is expired. We would like them to leave for reason ABC.” ….proof given. Eviction notice provided. Done. |
