Iranians that can come to the country do not need to seek refuge from anything, the oppressed in Iran do not have the means to even buy a plane ticket to come here. Currency exchange businesses run by Iranians are a front for transferring and laundering money. Don't take it from me, Iranians openly admit it and are seemingly proud of it.
