And in this type of case it requires a review of the medical side of things before issuing any legal determination. Testimony to Congress proved that the studies did not include all the relevant data to support their cause. So the previous court ruling could be overturned and will be at some point. I've said this before, when you're downrange you don't give a damn if someone has a taco or a hotdog in their lunchbox, all that matters is that they've got your six and are willing to complete the directive as ordered. Every single one of you haters needs to realize that so many LGBTQIA+ service members have dedicated their efforts to keeping your asses safe in this country since the inception of the uniformed services were established. Should they not have done so ? Why does who they love, have sex with or how they dress actually matter to you as long as you're still able to go out and feed your fat ass an all American Cheeseburger under the watchful eye of the American Flag ?! And at the end of the day, all they ask is to be able to serve their country with dignity.
