The police do it, the FBI, CIA, military, even those store security department. Though they wont openly admit it but they do it. It's a serious part of their operations. They do it because it works. They do better job on protecting the population because of racial profiling. One was a personal shopping like bag in his left hand (with stuff in it already). The second one was an over the shoulder tote bag (hanging off of his right shoulder and using his right hand to keep it in place). The personal shopping like bag is open at the top and you can easily drop stuff into it, in a second. The tote bag is a fold down flap, which is popular for stealing, you can easily lift the flap ...drop something in...close the flap. If he was actually in there for shopping, he would have had a basket or cart. How is he to carry anything he buys? Both his hands are full. But he wasn't in there to shop....so neither he or the film crew thought of how is he supposed to pick anything up and keep it in his hands. (if he was really shopping). The housing authority happily enforces the rule publicly. \nMy point is that it is a two way street. 6 years, 3 months ago @linweihao5475 actually, having worked in real estate sales for a brief part of my life, im pretty sure the amount of racism isnt as exaggerated as portrayed. what is happening is the sales person has deemed the first customer very likely to rent the apartment, so to avoid having to reject/ conflict another customer, the later customer looking at the same apartment is quoted a slightly higher price to deter him from deciding on the apartment. also why the first customer is offered 2 apartments to look at while the 2nd customer looking for the same criteria is only offered one. 0 WjmDwWUhEpg

I was out with a friends child , shopping for her( she was black and 10). I was going to buy her the items she was trying on. When I went to see if they fit I see that she had pulled of the tags. Public servants such as judges and public safety officers/investigators treat non-white individual very poorly -- their decisions are bluntly biased against non-white claimant.
