Developers and builder being charged 40% more for development charges (per door) so the cost gets passed down to the buyer...to the point new home prices stop making sense and builders don’t want to build. Cup of coffee has better margins. Justin knows he’s the one causing housing shortage, food shortage and soon fuel shortage. |
