A problem his policy has also made is that home builders are required to supply 7 years of warranties for buyers in their NEW-built homes, and this has imposed itself as a serious problem as these builders, who often build dozens or even 1000s of new homes, can be attacked by purposeful damages to homes thus discouraging many to build homes. ?♂️ |
