2 years, 7 months ago @mikamee5459 Incompetent politicians. They should have bern investing in infrastructure years ago instead of lowering the interest rate and fuelling a housing bubble that put money into the.pockets of developers, those in construction and fellow politicians. Disgusting corrupt system. Now getting immigrants to foot the tax dollars to pay for long overdue social services like hospitals, education and transportation. Not surprised that most immigrants get the heck out of this place. 0 VkvctSYw8kg

2 years, 7 months ago @Seagaltalk Weird I don't care in the least if migrants leave here for other areas. But it's certainly ironic that a major factor in housing prices (too high immigration with not enough homes being built to compensate) is in fact contributing to this. 1 VkvctSYw8kg
2 years, 7 months ago @arunsubramanian7949 Trudeau made it a shithole. It used to be a heaven. Housing is a major issue. 0 VkvctSYw8kg
2 years, 7 months ago @dazone The Canadian way of dealing with issues: Throw money at it and bring more immigrants. in other words, provide a short term solution while creating a major long term issue. 73 VkvctSYw8kg
2 years, 7 months ago @kelvinmorrison5097 it is time for Pierre Poilievre to take control. 1 VkvctSYw8kg

2 years, 7 months ago @Future_B It is impossible to live comfortable anymore in Canada with all these prices rises. And Canada is still doing it to make it even higher. 7 VkvctSYw8kg
2 years, 7 months ago @GKRE Qualified immigrants & Canadians are leaving. Refugees and unqualified immigrants/students are flooding in. That's actually one of the reasons for emigration. Thats actually one of the main reasons for almost all of the problems here right now. 16 VkvctSYw8kg
2 years, 7 months ago @rorybiller Trudeaunomics has made Canada a place to escape from. This is the worst, most corrupt and most incompetent government we’ve ever had. 0 VkvctSYw8kg
2 years, 7 months ago @jackchan5784 I’m retiring to Thailand, lower cost, beautiful weather and fantastic food. Leaving the ice and cold for warmth. 10 VkvctSYw8kg
2 years, 7 months ago @lindaostrom570 why stay here? you can only appreciate the view for so long. but when you cannot afford rent and your job if you can find does not pay enough to live you would have to have a few screws loose to stay. 0 VkvctSYw8kg
2 years, 7 months ago @VeganGorilla555 Maybe if employers treated their employees with a bit of respect than there wouldn't be a shortage. I've been working for 35 years and rarely have had a job with decent management. 16 VkvctSYw8kg
2 years, 7 months ago @acenda-r2d2 Ok, so, is 'Goodbye' the correct phrase, or is it 'Don't let the door hit you on the way out' more appropriate? 3 VkvctSYw8kg
2 years, 7 months ago @PharmacyAve There is lots of work but 50,000 a year before TAX doesn’t even cover Rent + Gas 2 VkvctSYw8kg
2 years, 7 months ago @ashifrin Canada doesn't need simplified bureaucracy or an international marketing manager to correct immigrants leaving. Canada's problem is that it's not a growing economy and skilled foreign labour coming over doesn't want to work menial jobs. Stimulate sectors, create growth, and that'll attract immigration. 1 VkvctSYw8kg
2 years, 7 months ago @chibicat13 Our birth-rate is low, so we do need immigrants, that being said, housing needs to keep up and so do appreciation of foreign experience. \nSome of the Ukrainian refugees that we welcomed in NL were doctors and nurses and they really wanted to start working, but were not allowed because they were not trained in Canada. This isn't even a foreigner issue, if a doctor/nurse wanted to move to a different province there are still obstacles, which doesn't make sense to me! Sure healthcare workers from other countries should be brought up to speed on the system, but at the end of the day, they still acquired the education and work experience to do their job and can provide proof of their credentials, it should not take years to work in Canada. 2 VkvctSYw8kg
2 years, 7 months ago @monafernandes3889 No one is leaving Canada...this Country generosity has no bounds....Are you kidding me,free health & dental care. 0 VkvctSYw8kg
2 years, 7 months ago @rawdata7175 Canada used to be a great country to live in\nNow I give references to skilled professionals for jobs in the USA\nLosing hope in Trudeau-stan 2 VkvctSYw8kg
2 years, 7 months ago @earthexplorer579 Just one example how messed up Canada is to be a doctor (gp) it you have to study 10 years do a degree and then study onther 5 years while every other country only needs 5 years of study after leaving school. 1 VkvctSYw8kg

2 years, 7 months ago @tableshaper4076 I'm so sorry for all these immigrants who can't find a lovely house to buy, while collecting welfare, abusing our social services and ruining our cities. 1 VkvctSYw8kg
2 years, 7 months ago @osvaldosaez5689 The problem is the so called Canadian Experience most employers ask for.\n\nIt makes you wonder, why the government cares so much about an immigrant's work experience, if it's not gonna matter once you arrived. 2 VkvctSYw8kg
2 years, 7 months ago @josephkay7785 I don't blame immigrants for leaving - they are making logical decisions based on the costs of being here exceeding the benefits. Ultimately, this will be damaging as we will lose the immigrants with skills that can contribute to society. The ones that stay will be the unskilled, non-contributors that don't have options. 68 VkvctSYw8kg
