Do you know what is truly sad? Indian People are some of the hardest workers wherever you go, they take jobs that most won't do are highly educated and respectful towards everyone. They work their butt off and when they get taken advantage of, it seems they don't get the same attention. THAT MAN HAD BEEN SAVING HIS ENTIRE LIFE AND HE IS NOT ONLY ENTITLED TO THE RENT BUT ALSO THE DISTRESS THAT THIS TENANT HAS CAUSED HIM AND HIS FAMILY. He is right, she is R***ing the Law. I'm intending to leave London, where I own my flat, but I'll sell instead of renting, further reducing available rental properties. If you cannot afford or have the budget to live in a property of that rate then don't move in at the first place, simple as that. I'll always have a healthy professional relationship with my land lord because when rainy days come, you'll need your landlord by your side. Tenants these days are clueless & stupid. You can see that though the law is terrible, not 90% of the population are during this. Maybe 10-20% (the number is higher nowaday because more people have broken their moral compass).
