3 months no pay should be removed from the home!!!! others will pay and are seeking to find a home and they are taking up space!!! evict them..\nI am not a home owner and pay rent and yes its hard to buy a home due to the crazy home prices. As a human renting a space - no pay then eviction should be taken after 3 months no pay.\nShortfall pay will require communication and stuff but NO pay should be eviction after 3 months |
