Tenants not paying rent for months and months and months being allowed to continue to live in the property is beyond ridiculous. Many of these tenants are completely aware of how to game the system, and the laws. The most recent changes did nothing to increase protection for landlords but did the exact opposite, making it close to impossible to evict a tenant without giving them a big payday. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
