Or just put a hard rule that says your can't go from student visa to asylum without first leaving the country. Australia did this in 2008 to me where my student visa had a direct path to permanent residence and they closed that loophole while I was there. |

These governments don't want it so they're accomodating by allowing Sikhs into the country who are a thorn on Modis side. If you apply asylum, then you should be banned from ever being allowed to visit the country you apply your asylum from. I’m sure more ppl will think twice to apply….. and if you apply and your case is found to be fraudulent then that’s automatically denied and you are deported back and barred from ever entering the country again. Problem solved |
