1 year, 10 months ago @nishisingh227 She is a free loader. The law has to also protect the landlord from such people. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @mickeyandres2651 You have complete control who you rent to….\nBeware of those grifters that are only here to take advantage. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @rpm6391 I live in a suburban area with a lot of townhouses around. This goes on all the time with rental houses too. People move in and immediately start to milk the system. They leave after a year of not paying rent and trashing the house too. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @nolanbooker5461 I would have taken matters in my own hands. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @khanriza My god how lucky am I? Tenant always paid rent on time and moved out when I asked them to. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI

1 year, 10 months ago @Scott_56 She rotates men every hour 1 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @FERNANDOAUGUSTO-fv1ck And that is wrong! The governments always take the side of the laws breakers and the criminals 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @ardithhollingsworth5476 Nothing is free in life lady. Feel bad for these landlords 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @pokefun1058 I am convinced Canadian government wants our citizens to be poor 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @michaelhughes3302 There's something we don't know about this situation for sure...... It's not that simple. 1 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @TheGruntski In terms of civil rights in identity obsessed Canada, where equal rights no longer exist, the Singh family aren't at the top of the ladder. You poor folks lost out. You'll get nothing and the judges will laugh at you. Trudeau might spare you his middle finger. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @rijs4303 & as usual media has no comment on the lack of common sense in government policy bc they do the governments bidding 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @togobird1 So can we see who is making the decisions on the board , show their faces why are these people being protected , same with judges they are appointed and work for us and must answer for their decisions. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @doinitforfun888 The tenants have all the leverage. It takes 6 to 8 months just to get a hearing. They jump from one unit to another without paying much rent. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @AlanSmith88888 The usual suspects\n\nAnd you wonder why why landlords don’t rent to certain demographics 2 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @midnightneonmatt Haha all his people do is abuse the law, I'm sure he has been here for years but the new comers that work for cash and dont pay taxes, driving illegally...the list on, how about indian landlords asking $1800 for a one bedroom apartment....its ridiculous. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @ashrafc7794 I’ve been through that twice. Never playing that game again. Tenants also thrashed the whole house on their way out causing $40,000 worth of damages 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @forte7991 Imagine living rent free for years ? shame on her. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @Plumber60423 So glad we get to see her beautiful face 1 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @anupshende1986 Few tips for landlords:\n1. Do 6 month lease and take post dated cheques for future rents.\n2. After 6 months, keep renewing lease agreement on 3 monthly or 6 monthly basis considering tenant's overall behaviour. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @rb239rtr Most jurrisdictions in North America treat rent as a civil issue while if one walked into a bank or a store and stole $2000, the full weight of the law would fall on them. A few US states have turned rent theft and squating as a criminal matter, which is what the provinces should do. Both tenants and owners need protections, and quite frankly, tenants need owners to provide them with a place to rent. The tenants act protects tenants from criminal owners, more is required to protect owners from criminal tenants. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @ytwatcher6020 The solution is not to rent your place at all. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @orobleh77 This is not fair for the landlords. These scum tenants don’t realize that landlords have mortgage and taxes to pay. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @yvonboudreau3932 I wonder if it takes the large corporate landlords 4 years to get an eviction notice issued.\nI suspect their cases get fast tracked at the expense of the smaller landlords. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @andrewmachado6988 Pay up or get out. Landlords should be allowed by law to change the locks and keep every single item in the condo/house or drag these people out with force. Absolutely disgusting that people can get away with this crap in this country. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @ashleighjaimaosborne3966 This happened to my mother also. NOT acceptable and needs to change! ? 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI

1 year, 10 months ago @Seaward1224 We’re are the lawyers?\nClass action lawsuit will fix this and force Change! \nGovernment once again destroying everything get involved with. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @tonytouch8329 The law was designed this way because the provincial government doesn't want the responsibility of housing any evicted tenants. So they pass on that responsibility to homeowners instead. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI

1 year, 10 months ago @duffy6673 I’m a landlord been one for 10 years. Your screening and vetting process has to be A1 and don’t be so hungry for the down payment. Interview and ask the tenant many questions before the get the keys. I’m a firm believer though people know which landlord to do this to. Can’t show no sign of weakness. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @locatoramam3258 investors greed causing this problem not tenants , so please don't give tenants a bad name. 1 N0xk0Bn6FqI
