Obviously this woman has plenty of money and this man does too why because they don’t pay their rent. I would place a lien on this guys business and if he wants to keep it and not make a bad name for himself, he’ll pay up. The woman I would take her to the cleaners she’s very well groomed and dressed, beautiful weave, keeps up on her looks, that’s for sure. Take her to court and sue the crap out of her too…losers! |

While I do not condone what she did I also do not agree that buying housing as an investment should be allowed either. If this country had a surplus of housing then investment could be allowed. However this is not and has not been the case. This is one reason why many Canadians can not afford to purchase housing. Invest in something that does not hurt the economy and those around you. If you invest in housing and loose don't come crying to me. You took the risk, like any other investor and lost. That's the game. Now you want my tax dollar to bail you out. |

Why can't these people just move into some family members house, if they can't pay rent. Call your parents, explain the situation and move in their house and then when you are able to pay rent, move out. Instead you are just squatting in someone else's house and racking up debt. And then when they sue you, you will have to pay legal fees too on top of everything else. |
