2 years ago @cone6052 I believed a lot of India *truck* drivers using illegal document to get their truck licence. 1 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @stockey He thought he was still driving in India. 70 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @sonjadidyk-tn4cc OMG humanitarian grounds...WTH 1 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @davecody5997 Good finally these effers are facing exactly what they should and there are thousands of them out there that are as bad or worse drivers ....and typically the fn people talked to here are all whinning about the guy that caused these deaths !!!!! 0 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @pamelawilkesheski3129 I like how fast his proceedings have taken place. Gabg members that have killed in Calgary are still here after years of 'waiting' for trials. Laws are a joke. 0 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @MASS1866 Deporting this man is not going to address the problem. While not sounding politically correct, many many of these new Canadians who are driving trucks either don’t know the driving rules here, or don’t care. Just drive on highway 1 and watch. They need better training or we need more police on the roads to stop the poor drivers. I can’t count how many times I’ve been following a truck with two 53’ trailers and it’s all over the road and if you’re brave enough to pass you can see the drivers on the phone more than looking ahead. 0 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @mattempey1539 Humanitarian appeal? I think that went out the window the day he killed 16 people 1 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @kishorvelayudhan955 All a JOKE 0 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @shedenh4053 It was totally unfair! It was just an accident ! He got punished already! It’s unfair to punish twice!! 11 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @TACx3 Send him packing ! Ffs 13 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @jayy3291 His son has a medical issue, No problem India has the best doctors, hospital and medical care available today. His lawyer should be jailed too, for bringing an another fake loop holes for him to stay here 203 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @Cazador60140 He's got health prpblems Boo ! Hoo ! Boo Hoo! what about the folks who lost their children \nsend him back there are a lot of trucks to drive there 25 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @DZX5000 the guy had fake certificates for truck driving. he should be in jail for life. 28 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @bradvansteinburg2962 Did they deport the people of the company that trained him, as they are 100% responsible, how about the giivernment officals that gavd the training company their licence as they are 100% part of the problem as well, then may be this accident would not have happened as the driver would not have been approved to be on the road. 5 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @joealomar-cu3qb what would his punishment be back home probably a lot worse than our so called punishment. 1 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @darienlechner8530 Send the rest with him. CANADIAN JOBS FOR CANADIANS FIRST 0 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @TheBasedAustralian42 it takes a lot of grace for those families to say he should not be deported, I imagine that would be very hard and shows the power of forgiveness 6 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @blessen8170 canadians are too kind. 3 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @danadouglas1968 They have to go back! 2 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @k.s.333 What about Nora Loreto? 0 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @brent9192 When a deportation order comes down it should happen within a week and then they can appeal the permanence of it from wherever they end up at their cost. That Canadian Taxpayers have to fund these appeals is ridiculous. 2 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @PriyaMomma Many of the families met with him in jail and made peace. Many of the affected families do not want him deported. He is a sincere man who owned up for his wrong doings. May he find some peace, along with each family affected. 16 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @Maritimertraveller bye bye 2 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @M_Sajjad_05 Since when sending someone back “home” safely, a Punishment? 20 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @egSmith-sp9gl Deport !!!!! Even for a red light !!! 5 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @liensixx2812 Send him home or back to jail 3 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @williamdavidson1490 The upcoming Federal Election is a crucial moment for Canada. Let’s keep in mind the actions of Jagmeet Singh Jimmy Dhaliwal (his full name, by the way), and Justin Trudeau when we head to the polls! It will be another 10 years before Jaskirat Singh Sidhu is Deported. Or the couple will apply for humanitarian reasons to become Canadian Citizens. Don't Celebrate Yet, Canada is WEAK! Sixteen young Canadian's were killed and thirteen were injured, and what we're suppose to feel bad because he is Sad & Depressed, give me a break. 2 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @VagaBond-m6w He knowingly broke Canada's laws when he got behind the wheel of a semi type that he wasn't licenced for. He did this while not being a citizen. What would he do if we let him stay and he became a citizen?! He disregarded Canada's laws from the start and this needs to be factored in.\n\nAs well, I have little compassion for how his family might be ripped apart because he had no compassion for how many families he may tear apart by getting behind the wheel of a semi he wasn't licenced for, and in the end, he tore apart MANY families.\n\nI have compassion for him as a human being, but he should not remain in Canada. 38 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @AllenCH55 Deport and take the students with you. Making lame excuses for him to stay, Jeez, when will Canada learn? 23 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @corystarkiller Good. Let him deal with PTSD in India. 6 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @carrieselland2358 Good it’s about time. All those families changed and some in definitely. So who cares about his family and rights. He can keep living but he can live his life in india 1 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @YoureNotMySupervisor 5 million more deportations and canada will ALMOST feel like home again 78 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @brandonstrong2048 The people responsible for this taking 6 years also need to be deported. 1 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @suzukirider8715 The rule of law should apply here......and he should be deported. Why bother putting the laws in place if they are just going to be changed on a whim. If this guy is allowed to stay, then every migrant wo breaks the law in Canada will be allowed to stay too....and anarchy will become the norm !!!! 140 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @colleencannon8185 He’s a Canadian citizen and should be afforded the same rights! 1 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @dashriprock8596 Incredible how some persons directly affected have decided to move on , yet Johnny Trash cannot let it go. As if their Lily Whitey compatriots have never done anything wrong or ever made a mistake in their miserable lives. Admit it, you people lie in wait for this kind of event to occur -- to make you feel alive! 6 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @markgraham1762 Lets see the stats on all these trucking accidents and who the drivers are... We all know who it is 2 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @Z1TFRIT They still have him here?? What a joke 174 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @haqueash None 2 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @nevergrowedup It appears that Jaskirat Singh Sidhu is now the victim not the 16 lives he took. 195 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @WisdomInsightReality Sadly these comments are full of racism, condemnation, and hatred, with no consideration for the possibility that this could have been you, a family member, a friend, or a loved one driving that truck, but for the grace of God go I. Anyone of us could have been driving that transport and found ourselves in that exact situation, but I'm sure none of us consider ourselves to be evil, just human, imperfect, and succeptible to momentary lapses of judgement, that can result in horrific, life altering accidents(eg a child drowning in a pool, a child falling from a balcony, a car accident, accidently striking someone on a bicycle, accidently striking a pedestrian etc). 10 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @such_kna9041 Should have deported, with no chance to apply for immigration in future with any reason . 294 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @missmayflower “His crime means deportation”. What crime? 3 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @janep8260 We Canadian stand for peace \nHe suffers alot ever since he did not cause this willfully \nhe expresses his sorrow empathy an emotions for his mistake and the hurt it causes to the innocent lives that's we lost??\nHope his Layers can help to avoid his deportation ????? 3 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @PlayingWithFireOutdoors As a tax paying citizen, yes deportation should be done. if more of this happened, there would be less of it. why shouldnt he be held held accountable, as to his family why should we be paying for them? 171 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @phiddler1 Why does it take 3yrs to process something with todays technology 33 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @karend.9218 It seems appropriate to me that he returns to India. His wife and son can also return to India. They do have good hospitals there, not sure why that is a humanitarian need here. I think it would help them all build a life away from this chapter of their lives. Show a bit of grace, people, he pled guilty and was distressed about his role in the deaths. The stop sign was not visible. It was a terrible consequence. 1 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @debturcott6800 So when are the hundreds of other horrible guys in jail getting deported? There are tons getting out on bail that need to go. 0 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @phiddler1 Not right where do you draw the line with this 1 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @stoneroses13 I'm not being racist but many drivers from India are driving like crazy in Canada and totally ignoring their safety and the safety of others. When I was driving in Surrey, British Columbia, I saw several drivers who are totally ignoring traffic rules and when I saw their faces, I'm sure they are from India. Those Indians who grew up in Canada and learned their driving skills here are very different from those who learned their driving skills in Indian. That's a FACT! 1009 i-Qsiw5HeiA
