It's not this man's fault our justice system is broken. He's just a symptom. Broken down regulations and laissez-faire job qualifications and monitoring caused this accident, not malevolent actions by the driver. He served his time and has shown remorse for the accident. He has a right to appeal this judgement as does any permanent resident who faces deportation. |

The guy and fmly. have/are paying taxes. He was as some have pointed out a symptom of a larger problem of poorly trained immigrant truck drivers, is that being sorted out ? Issue of deportation is meaningless now and will take years if at all. Since he has done his time if will be up to him to figure out how to live out the rest of his life ? If you are not licensed or don’t know how to drive a certain vehicle, you should not be behind the wheels, people should be responsible for their acts. If he was fully licensed and expert and the crash happened then it would be different story. In this case he is guilty he should pay for his doing. Nothing to do with discrimination or hatred but laws and rules are put to be followed. |
