2 years ago @duffy6673 I’m a landlord been one for 10 years. Your screening and vetting process has to be A1 and don’t be so hungry for the down payment. Interview and ask the tenant many questions before the get the keys. I’m a firm believer though people know which landlord to do this to. Can’t show no sign of weakness. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI

2 years ago @egc04 neighbor rented a house to a couple she was a teacher he was a nuclear power worker both good paying jobs they paid first and last and nothing more for 2 years he ended up paying them $10000.00 to move out so he could sell it before he lost it ....the LTB isnt on the landlords side this is why rentals are hard to find.....better off to use air band b or not rent at all 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI

You rent a place you pay or you’re out after 6 months. \nIt’s getting ridiculous how some people take advantage of owners , laws need to change to protect both tenant and owners. \nSquatters can move into your house and you have to spend money on lawyers to get them out while they live rent free. \nWake up government and pass some laws to give police the right to evict these losers. 4 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @Itisallagame This is unacceptable. Tenants need to pay. Landlord deal with unexpected rate increases or tax increases yet can't get a tenant out that doesn't pay. This will only drive investors our of the market making the situation worse. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
