2 years ago @EthanKizito-dj7ff Lets evict justin trudope 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @RevivedSaiyan If theres BEEN no payments, then yeah it makes sense to evict. But if theyre expecting 41k monthly that would be ridiculous. Dont get how she stacked that many months without paying rent and didn't get kicked out alot sooner. Police could remove her 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @Jneeti That why people are holding their properties and not renting them anymore. Letting someone live for free is the norm. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @dennismayer4936 If the state wants to allow these scabs to stay in rental properties, they should pay the rent. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI

2 years ago @Tylenol888 For me. If you are going to be a landlord. The unit you have must be already paid, if its mortgage dont be a landlord. Because if its already fully paid, whatever happens at the end of the day its still your unit, and the landlord can still sell it the future for the higher price. I am still in favor of the law for the tenant, because this landlords, they tend to put higher price whenever they want, specially those under the table, what ever the trend they can increase the price, or depends on their mortgage interest. It happens to us before, our rent is 800, then next year they are asking for 1,100. So we just moved out, then they rent the place for 1200 for the next renter, now we rent in a legit apartment who follows the percentage each year of rent increase, so we pay on time. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @hhustlehumble1 Why is the rent $41k plus hydro? I’d that for 6months or the year???? too ridiculously expensive for a condo - the board should cap rent prices at affordable prices!!! 1 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @MrFireboyFTW Landlords shouldn't exist 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @MikeSimpson81 I am a renter who has been evicted before because of a somewhat questionable N-12. I didn't fight it because I knew I would lose in the end. However, if I had fought it I would have still payed my rent. Always pay your rent. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @alydefab8962 This is just ridiculous 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @shubasnaidu3917 Bro I would rather keep my money in the bank than purchasing a house and renting it to some low life who won’t pay me rent. The law is always on the tenants side so why go through the hassle. It’s just pathetic. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @Torianobrath21 If you own a vacant property they’ll hit you with a vacant home tax…. If you rent out that property the renter will have all the rights and it could take months/years to get the bad ones out…. Did I get that right? 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @LovingCandyXOxo Idk how people live with themselves knowing how they are affecting people like the man in retirement. It's sad 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @bdegrds If your in Canada, Just invest in a REIT if you want to have money invested in real estate beyond where you live 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @two-sense The Landlord Tenant Act should be re-named as simply The Tenant Act. I used to be a landlord. I sold out because of too many scammers. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI

2 years ago @underratedgod6899 The canadian citizens have had enough with the cost of living rising and lack of affordable housing due to immigration, close the border and kick justin trudeau out of the parliament 2 4ueS2Ph54uY
2 years ago @jenkz2timez616 When the hammer comes down NO ONE IS GOING TO LIKE IT. Tenants will eventually have absolutely no say. And people like this ruined it for all of us. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @aakash9223 MY UNCLE OWN A TOWNHOUSE AND TENANT FLEWED BACK HOME WITHOUT PAYING HIM ONE YEAR OF RENT AROUND $30K AND SOME SERIOUS DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @fastinfo2323 Where are the Judges? That is not fair ... 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @Matts000 I’m not sure if it does already, but if it doesn’t, this is the perfect reason why paying rent on time should be tied to your credit score. If you missed payments, your credit score should take a hit. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @reelpharaoh Thats whats you get for trying to profit off other peoples lives. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @paulcatarino2209 Landlords should be able to report this to the credit bureau and/or be able to garnish wages.\nAlso I would refuse to pay the property tax and charge back the city/province for amount owed +interest, it's their laws that allow this criminal to stay in the condo. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
