1 year, 10 months ago @rw6836 Can you get anything else for free for FOUR years? This is legal criminal behavior, enabled by a broken system. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @AL--4k imagine renting your condo to someone then they don't pay and you cant afford the mortgage and then foreclosure and boom! Your government is sorry! 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @selvinlinton The problem is not just the tenants. Part of the problem is creation of a speculative housing market where housing a basic human need is primarily constructed for stock market like trading speculation rather than providing shelter for people. If you already own a house or condo that you are already living in why should you be allowed to personally buy multiple housing properties. My opinion is that if you are not a real estate developer or the government you should be limited to owning only one extra real estate property with the only extra exception being a recreational cottage 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI

1 year, 10 months ago @ThomasUltra-yp2mq Second thoughts.\n\nThe young lady is cute. Maybe should would accept a deal to work her debt off?\n\n??? 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @georgesingh5714 Why is there not a registry that shows problematic tenants? Oh, I guess that would never happen in Toronto due to their leftist agenda. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @monicadehaas843 My sympathy to the landlord! Having tenants is the worst investment, I suggest if you can, invest elsewhere. The Board is on delinquent tenant's side. Open a file and evict her. I advise all landlords to verify thoroughly all the candidates when they rent away their property. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @ThomasUltra-yp2mq A tenant of mine - a social worker - shifted a homeless man into an empty apartment in my house without asking for a permit. I offered him to shelter the homeless man as a guest within his rented apartment, yet this he did not want. Typical socialist: placing the rotten egg in the nest of others to deal with. I told him, if he does this again, then eviction time comes.\n\nThere is a way to get the above lady out. No, I am not talking about hitmen from the dark web. What I mean is, get the government agencies involved by claiming she endangers hygienic conditions within the building. There is always some evidence for that, if not then be creative and shift the blame. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI

1 year, 10 months ago @phildazz Only in Ontario. Never purchase a property with occupying tenants in it. As far as the government is concerned, you rented the property, you've given up your rights to the unit. That's it. The most stupid property law in the history of mankind. ??? 10 N0xk0Bn6FqI

1 year, 10 months ago @user-fz2pk7vf4z This is disgraceful. The Ontario government should be ashamed. Instead of spending $250M on a beer store deal, why not put that into capacity at the LTB?!? It amazes me how we vote for these clowns who don’t understand capital allocation 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI

1 year, 10 months ago @lukeatmyas It's not really the fault of immigrants or foreigners that you feel insecure both socially and economically. It's the fault of the system that allowed them to enter the country in the first place. They're just trying to survive like the rest of us in Canada.\n\nBut we cannot deny the fact that more immigrants or foreigners means more demand for housing, rent, food, and other necessities, leading to higher prices. The only people who benefit from this system are the rich, not the working class.\n\nIf you're not rich, can you live with ever-increasing inflation caused by demand pressures and supply interruptions due to population increase and unexpected natural and man-made disasters? Your answer to this question will determine your real position on whether or not immigration is perfect for Canada. 2 4ueS2Ph54uY
