As the tenant will find that market rents have gone up for a new unit too and incomes have not ? 2 years ago @marvinsulzer8258 A Chinese lady launched a registry for bad tenants in Canada. Most of the data is pulled from BC Courts and Ontario LTB. If a landlord files paperwork about a bad tenant at the board, it will appear in the registry. Landlords can use it to vet prospective tenants. Its free.
