2 years ago @Don.Ryan91 What’s the difference in stealing 41000 from a home owners or stealing 41000 of jewelry from a store in a mall?!?! This system is completely broken and supports the criminals 2900 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @MARIONCunningham-b9b That's disgusting. How is there nothing to be done immediately. If you don't pay reny you're out, simple. This is terrible, how can these people get away with this. They should be put in jail. I will never buy a home to rent. 1 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @KVG822 My dad would have changed the locks by now. Sometimes you gotta take matters into your own hands. She’s trespassing at this point. 32 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @Vito-z7e Not that long ago the landlord shot the tenants not too far from my house over squatting so trust me some people don't follow the rules and playing that game Is dangerous fate 2 N0xk0Bn6FqI

2 years ago @A.Rose.G In N.J. Usa they are passing a law that you can't ask about past evictions or crimes. Just as bad here. Everywhere. 4 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @Lunamaria-x1994 This whole country is corrupt. Get her out! 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @MonarchVyas This is Trudeau's and Jagmeet's Canada. Landlords can not kick out tenants from their own homes. it is just ridiculous. In this country you don't have the right to own and protect your home. If someone can't pay, they should leave.\nThanks to all who voted Trudeau and Jagmeet 5 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @tmc1373 WHY did you show a picture of a Somali girl as if she was part of this story?? What are you trying to insinuate by showing the landlord and a random Somali girl??? 3 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @Donut16367 Somali? 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago Just wondering what is the homeless population like in Toronto or Vancouver? I wonder is your homeless population growing? 41k for rent wow ?? 1 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago Is 41k reasonable for rent for a month? helping drive up inflation sounds cool. Sorry, I would not spend 41k on rent. I would buy a house. Please stay in Toronto and Vancouver don't come near I live in my city and never used to have homeless people on the streets. 1 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago This guy is the reason food prices and houing is very high. This is the guy is thw reason your normal average Canadian the middle is sufferingand life harder for the average Canadian. 1 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago No wonder places like Vancouver or any of the bigger cities have a lot of homeless. When people can't afford to live in Vancouver or Toronto they bring their problems ? other cities like in places like Calgary. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @subatrarnambiar4301 Wow this is just insane, I really feel so bad for the landlord. Thats why it’s so hard for good tenants to get a rental place because of scam artist like these. 2 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @Evilslayer73 Too little too late Canada is dead 0 4ueS2Ph54uY
2 years ago 41k for an apartment is very extreme there should be laws to keep under 41k. people who are charging 41 for an apartment are the people who hurting our economy. People are charging 41k for apartments is helping to drive insane housing prices up. People are charging 41k for apartments making it possible for a 2008 housing crisis style accour in Canada. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @chalymoretv929 Renting is a business, why will you wanna destroy a landlord business. If you cant pay, move to the government shelters or become homeless. Landlord are not cheergivers or philanthropist, they are business people.... 8 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @lightbringer851 This guy is a failure 0 4ueS2Ph54uY

2 years ago @CaptainNippon I don't want to hear about Why some people don't rent out their place to Black or Indian people. 2 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @CedarSam Utterly absurd. No rent, no home. Out in two weeks unless they pay in full plus late charges. I'm saying this as a renter. Bad renters make it worse for everyone else. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @SSShino 41k is crazy ? 4 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @jotithind7502 This is so infuriating. Tenants have too much leverage. It's not right not paying rent. Why aren't collection agencies allowed to get involved or have the tenants salaries garnished? Totally ridiculous 5 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @Yuri-z2y Cut off the water and electrical power and get your appartment back. Easy like that.\nWhat's the problem? 8 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @hellomeloO This happened to us too. Tenant didn't pay 35k in rent and then damaged the entire house. 6 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @clairelolification Canadian government is unfairly shifting the burden onto landlords and the middle class, rather than effectively managing and intervening in the issue 2 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @CuddleStories Bad grammar for title. 1 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @rnldmanuel88 Please dont come to Australia we are already full 0 09qU8UyRJjQ
2 years ago @nalinsunak2433 Tenant should be black listed for non-payments and jailed for grand theft! Landlords simply have no rights ! Landlord was better off keeping pty vacant. 4 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @jaimearechiga4880 I thought the USA ?? was bad protecting the criminals ?and squatters 1 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @debbiehough5278 I always find it interesting when people who sue others that do not do as they are supposed to, then feel they do not need to do as they are supposed to. Deeqa has suffered a huge loss but that is not on the landlord, This province is facing a huge housing shortage that you would think they would give some safe guards to the people with homes to rent. 1 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @jimmyhat3438 Desperate need for rentals? you mean homeless shelters if they cant pay rent otherwise be homeless. Nice truck nice rims, nice clothes hair done nails make up ?????????? 2 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @nomasigidi1187 This is so unfair. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI

2 years ago @virbius1 Professional tenant, landlord beware 1 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @ejd7881 well people don't want to rent to black people for a reason 1 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @JoeCrow5542 I’m saddened by seeing the same common denominator in really, every story like this. 3 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @jay1645 it's the Toronto real estate doom loop, rents go up, no affordable housing, developers have politicians in their pockets etc etc lol and has held up for quite a long time. System collapse and reset needed badly lol 1 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @aliciamason741 This system is corrupt 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
2 years ago @ParminderSingh-re4xp The tenancy board is allowing this knowingly. Why do home owners have to follow different rules than the banks. If home owner doesn’t pay his mortgage, the bank will take his house in no time. The tenancy board does this to immigrant home owners more than to anybody else. They are forcing people to take law into their own hands. 1 N0xk0Bn6FqI
