1 year, 8 months ago @markcoffee2945 So agter this story jits the papers does anyone want to invest in a condo \nLol \nSo the problem spills pver to condo construction \nAnd who will loan money to people buying condoa when this could happen to them 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 8 months ago @markcoffee2945 Nonwomder the condo market is dead \n\nThese dead beats only exist because the ford gorverment layed off judges from the lamdlord tenant board \nIt can take 8 months for a case to go to court and the tenant can appeal and then you got to hire a sheriff to eveict them \nAnd that costs extra 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 8 months ago @markcoffee2945 Thw condo market is down \nWho really wants to biyna condo to rent out for income when your not guaranteed \nYou could lose your money \n\nFord,s 2:14 failure has consequences \n\nEmpty condos unsold units \nScaring off landlords \n\nGet rid of Ford \nThe next politian who days je will fix the landord tenant board and help comdos sales become practical again will get my vote 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 8 months ago @markcoffee2945 This is scaring off new landlords \nWho wont rent out their basement apartments \nFor every story like this their are alot of potential landlords who wont rent out their units and instead chosing to leave them empty \nThis is scaring people from biying condos \nAnd they should be scared \nReally scared 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 8 months ago @markcoffee2945 No wonder no kne will build rental.hpising \nAnd why no one will buy houses to rent \nThe reason people leave their houses empty is Ford failure to hire enough staff to run the landlord tenant board \nBefore Ford tenants were in front of the board six weeks after non payment \nAnd the appeals were processed in days and rarely granted \nAnd landlords could garnish wages \n\nOr even stop their tenants from collecting welfare if they are living free 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 8 months ago @markcoffee2945 The landlord board is a failure of the Ford goverment \nVote him out he got rid of most of the adjudication and turned it upside down .the backlog is crazy \nIt's worse for those on welfare because no one wants to take the risk at least with working tenants you can varnish the rent \nTenants not paying the rent is theft \nPolice should be able to charge tenants with fraud 1 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 8 months ago @markcoffee2945 If she is on welfare report her for claiming false report \nAnd if she works get a garnishment 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI

1 year, 8 months ago @SportNut1 These criminals deserves to go to jail. Why are landlords automatically become 2nd class citizen whose rights happily abused by the system? Why do people who work hard for their money need to be shamed for being able to afford a 2nd property and be categorized as evils that can be punished by the tenant at will? This is not liberalism. This is more communist than communist China. Ask what happened if they don't pay rent there 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI

1 year, 9 months ago @gcc8584 What happens if you owe the government $41,000? 1 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 9 months ago @norcofreerider604 Easy solution: Not paying rent is considered theft. $41k in unpaid rent is theft over $5000, an indictable offence. Charge these people with the crimes they have committed. This or allow the landlord to apply to have their wages garnished until the unpaid rent is paid. 1 N0xk0Bn6FqI

1 year, 9 months ago @nyreggie-isb23 This administration is putting many families in difficult situations. A lot of people are financially struggling to live, put a roof over their head and put food on the table. Things are getting worse these days, if you don't find means of multiplying your money you might wake up a day to realise you didn't plan well for yourself and family… 117 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 9 months ago @Jack_Danyo Real estate is tricking to get into. Heard too many horror stories between friends and family and they all recommended against it, on top of what i been hearing on the news. I would stay away, probably invest in stable stocks in s&p 500 or stable mutual funds snd diversify. Less headache 1 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 9 months ago @zeddtbear Everyone better hope value of housing doesn't become the actual value. Not this false bubble.\n\nHome is a liability not a asset. Everyone getting played. What is the capital gains tax rate 50% 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 9 months ago @zeddtbear That's how Canada works.\n\nIf u lie cheat steal and defraud scam u are welcome in Canada. \n\nWhat about all the females that marry then divorce taking half.\n\nTo get ahead u must screw ppl.\n\nI have been screwed by landlords also. It goes both ways\n\n\nWait 7 yrs for small clains court. \n\nCanada promotes scammers of all kinds \n\nThis is why money laundering from criminals is so rampant in real estate btw. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 9 months ago @tradingwizard562 He atleast got an order in 4 years and in a few more months he may have his property back . Had it been India then he would be running around for around 7 years to a decade and even after an order the police just do casual visits with you in case a woman is involved . There they express their helplessness in touching the tenant to take her out of the property , even though you have a final order after appeals . \nOn top of that in case there is a woman tenant involved abd u are a male landlord you will have a few sx molestation cases against you which u will be fighting alongside and most probably visited jail . 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 9 months ago @samuelk5320 Anyway! Now rent is unfordable. Don' t blame the tenant. We are all going to decide not pay rent because of how high it is going up. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
