3 years, 5 months ago @rowan2828 In what world is BC not the best province in Canada? Aside from the high property costs it's objectively the best by almost every metric aside from population as quebec and ontario have more. And how the fuck is Alberta over it, that province is trash and it's only rich because of oil and resource extraction. They have also pissed away their oil wealth on stupid vanity projects and handouts to bribe their citizens. The Texas of Canada and easily the worst province out there. 0 fWTbOEbUxhY

3 years, 5 months ago @David-kl8ly Correction the education system is weak and low when compared to Europe health services are a scam you pay for that in your high taxes its only good to take advantage of the benefits and live in another country 0 fWTbOEbUxhY
3 years, 5 months ago @boolean711 I feel like you focused your research on each city in particular that you talked about, and didn't include the province as a whole and didn't really mention anything significant history wise. 0 fWTbOEbUxhY

3 years, 5 months ago @saphironkindris As someone that grew up in Quebec, I have strong objection to it being ranked the best. Unless you're a native French speaker, you're not going to have a great time there. 0 fWTbOEbUxhY
3 years, 5 months ago @bookish4415 Before finishing the video, as a British Columbian, I’m making a guess that it will be kind of high on the list because of the terrain but brought down by the cost of things especially in Vancouver.\n\n\nEdit: damn I was right, now It looks like I lied, I promise I didn’t, it was a guess.\n\nEdit 2: yeah, you have a perfect description of Vancouver and Victoria ?\n\nEdit 3: I’d like to add that Alberta is considered the Texas of Canada to many of us lol 2 fWTbOEbUxhY

3 years, 5 months ago @ryanbennett2806 Quebec in number one? I get that from a tourism standpoint...\nThis is how you tell the people involved in this list were tourists or not from there.\n\nAs someone with parents from Quebec and Ontario, well, I am glad they did not raise me in Quebec...as the case nearly was.\n\nSeeing how my cousins' education went (the fact they were learning stuff in High School that I had known since grade three was something), the taxes, the social short-fallings and the political atmosphere is quite alarming.\nQuebec is not NEARLY as affordable as you make it sound. \nOf my three cousins there one left for Ontario (much more affordable outside of the GTA and Ottawa). One moved out west as job options outside of Montreal and Quebec City are VERY limited for non-government work, and then one remains in Quebec, though plans to leave for reasons above and some more personal/family related ones.\nPlus when you go east of Montreal and the townships you find A LOT of separatist supporters.\n\nThe list would be VERY different this year with some political going-ons. Ontario's rotating issues. Quebec trying to 'considerably discourage' English at all in the province (as well as being the REASON we had a children's cough medication shortage...) Alberta struggling from a crippled energy sector (not just oil, but all thanks to the Federal government) and BC's pending drug policies and related issues. 0 fWTbOEbUxhY

3 years, 5 months ago @Zjango As someone from Montreal … Quebec is not the best province by a long shot 0 fWTbOEbUxhY
3 years, 5 months ago @MidianVGC Québec would be my number 1 too. In smaller towns and regions you can get very good houses for less than $250k. The old historic cities of montreal and quebec are breath-taking and it just feels really nice and cozy to live basically anywhere in the province. There are tons of jobs too and we have cold winters but also nice warm summers and beautiful autumns. The food is great because we get fresh local/regional products from fertile fields. Eating seasonal is the best. And it’s so goddamn safe. In the small town where I grew up, we never locked our doors. Never been robbed. And we’re party people too! Bars close alot later than in other places like Ontario, and people here really love soirées and microbreweries. I’m grateful everyday that I was born in a place where it feels so good to live. 18 fWTbOEbUxhY

3 years, 5 months ago @dalemartell8639 Quebec? man that's funny. BC is more than Vancouver and with the nut job they now have as premier who in their right mind would live in Alberta. 0 fWTbOEbUxhY
3 years, 5 months ago @bandsinistre1087 This video is actually pretty ridiculous and offensive, besides being inaccurate (e.g. missing the averaging of median house values between rural and urban areas). 0 fWTbOEbUxhY

3 years, 5 months ago @ELias-vn5yv Politically, if you want the most conservative province, go to Alberta. If you want the most liberal province, go to Quebec. I feel like that’s a major factor that decides which provinces are the best 1 fWTbOEbUxhY
