2 years, 1 month ago @LilTumorboii Canadian real estate is a safer investment than US.. Landlords are incentivised to flip Canadian homes and use the profit to convert American homes into rentals.. Canadian Real estate is built on American debt. 1 ZvSNcnG2eqY
2 years, 1 month ago @steventravels4035 Tbh tho, I actually find Canada to be affordable for me as an American because of the exchange rate. My credit and debit cards automatically pay in the local currency and convert it to US dollars. 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY

2 years, 1 month ago @unitedstatesoffugu You got sth wrong... I would like to live in Canada! One of my fellow school mates migrated to Toronto a few years back, she left a good job and a nice flat here in Germany. What's all this negativity about? 1 ZvSNcnG2eqY
2 years, 1 month ago @brycenwhitesides6866 Bro, isn't this like everywhere? (the increase in pricing). not even suprising. 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY
2 years, 1 month ago @DJDOUBLE077 Whoever allowed it the get go this point would have known many with money will leave for a far better life. Further enslaving the average working class Canadian seems deliberate. I feel bad for future generations and the lack of prospects. 1 ZvSNcnG2eqY
2 years, 1 month ago @GiorgiVardi Wdym, INDIANS HELLA WANT. 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY
2 years, 1 month ago @poopsikins5779 It's a bit more complicated than greedy landlords raising rent to extract the maximum amount of money they can... Most landlords aren't some out of touch billionaire property mogul. They're your humble mum and dad investors who worked their butts off to buy an investment property with the hopes of building wealth so they have something to give their children. These people have their own bills to pay. Rate hikes are making their mortgages increasingly unaffordable, which force them to pass on these hikes to their tenants, when a lot of times they're hardly making a profit on these properties to begin with. 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY
2 years, 1 month ago @strigoiu13 All state driven economies with large state workers employment that keeps growing year by year that go to vote 100% for their paycheck as others do not go to vote because everyone is corrupt etc look exactly like this. At first everything booms and shines, money are flowing for everyone as the governement starts bribing the citizens, but after a while everything goes down and the only ones that keep the wealth is the state sector which, in turns, starts to act like full time lobbyists for the corporations although paid with the general public taxes! Competitivity starts to shrink, everyone dreams at working for the state, public deficit grows year by year, the country borrows more and more money from the markets and submits to lenders and their economic views...you get to work in the private sector more for less, you are told to retire later, public services like school, medicine etc decline the better the paid state workers that do the jobs are...and add to that a general policy toward mass immigration of all nations with no checks regarding abilities or skills that gets citizenship pretty fast to add votes for the same elite that captured the state and everything becomes unbearable! 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY
2 years, 1 month ago @mikewolf-x6t Humm money laundering in canada.. so thats why Hillary Clinton set up her so called charity, in canada. Ohhh and under canadian law, the donors can remain anonymous. 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY

2 years, 1 month ago @summersky77 They elected this doofus in, then re-elect him two more times. How much sympathy does anyone think there is for Canada right now? They literally voted the fucker in 3 times! 1 ZvSNcnG2eqY
2 years, 1 month ago @tryingtobefairandobjective3480 The hate that some people have. They believe that putting people down builds them up. I do feel sorry for you. If putting people down is your motive, then I am not with your. Fid something positive. You don't like one side over the other. Build up the other. Be a man. There have been too many sheep that just hate. Learning can be a good tool to get over hate. Understanding is another. 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY
2 years, 1 month ago @theMOCmaster Holy shit that govt vs private growth, y’all are fucked 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY
2 years, 1 month ago @Squagliafrittata I strongly disagree with this video. Canada is still by far a superior country compared to US. The home crisis is common to UK, France, Italy and many other countries, even without migrants. Compared to the average US citizen, Canadian enjoy a better health system, a competitive infrastructure system, some of the best educational possibilities and a greater equality in opportunities. It's often referred as an European-like country, and its human development index largely show how a successful model it is. This video emphasize some points without mentioning how bad the US situation is (healthcare disaster, the broken municipalities of the country, the private debt explosion, the educational debt, the federal debt, the gentrification of the major hub, the falling of the dollar as a world reserve currency and many more) 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY

2 years, 1 month ago @oldskoolmusicnostalgia Just today, saw an interview from an immigration agent encouraging people to move to Canada. Did he talk about high taxes and living costs, foul weather and housing crises? Not at all, he spoke as though it was still the 2000s and Canada was the place to move to. Will he be held accountable when the people he's advised to move there find out they earn a little more but pay much higher taxes? Not something I'll be betting on. 2 ZvSNcnG2eqY
2 years, 1 month ago @carrickrichards2457 The 2008 crash, Covid, Ukraine, expensive public services, uncosted high public expectations and poorly understood complex regulatory overhead, together with distrust of politics (globally).... it all adds up. 3 ZvSNcnG2eqY

2 years, 1 month ago @henrik2943 Housing problems? Get in line. The whole civilized world has this problem. Doesnt help that the government in these countries support the housing system to allow older generation to fuck up the lives of future generations 1 ZvSNcnG2eqY

2 years, 1 month ago @valerius39 This drama queen feminist prime minister has the ability to talk fast, loud and spewing much words and yet the same time saying nothing that is barely understandable. How this idiot fooled a country that voted for him time and time in a row bogles the mind . 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY

2 years, 1 month ago @rafalnowak7990 I always thought that Canada was a rich country. Sounds like communism...Give more power to the corporations and look wkat happens ...Three will be a handful of rich people , no middle class and the rest - just poor people . With so much land and so many natural resources Canada should be a paradise !!! Clearly your prime minister needs replacing... 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY
2 years, 1 month ago @ryancane697 Nothing happens there !!!!!! Small business is only big business and there is almost 0 support for people to be self employed or to develop anything. 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY
