2 years, 2 months ago @iplex0950 Yo im still glad that even tho my country is still a developing country i can still own a home with only 40K USD and if i convert it to peso its nearly 3M pesos, still affordable even though we have an inflation rate of 3.58 percent, i mean 3.58 percent still aint a joke the inflation in my country is still rapidly rising. 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY
2 years, 2 months ago @cadmium7690 I guess the other reason for outrageous home prices is foreign investment in the housing sector and/or private equity buying up large amounts of homes. Or is that annoying to point out? 2 ZvSNcnG2eqY
2 years, 2 months ago @Sveta7 Honestly seeing this and knowing how some other EU countries are with similar problems, life in Serbia doesn't seem so bad, yes the purchasing power is lower but life is much easier and you definitely don't see people living in cars... 1 ZvSNcnG2eqY

2 years, 2 months ago @heaththeemissary3824 Canada is the corporate playground so many American politicians wish they had.\n\nDespite their scary reputation as a hotbed of socialism because of a mid single payer healthcare system, Canadians have been under the boot of corporations - first British, then American - since their founding. To be honest, The Hudson's Bay Company and CP Rail are essential to Canada's history. The True North has always been strong (I LOVE Canadians and their culture), but they could be a lot more free.\n\nCanadians deserve better. Like Americans, they deserve a non-corporate government. But as long as there is the danger that people in the US can look across the border and see happy white people with real opportunities it will never happen. The US ruling class must keep Canada down as well or risk citizens of the imperial core getting dangerous ideas. 1 ZvSNcnG2eqY

2 years, 2 months ago @SpaceCattttt Canada is a fine place to live. One of the best in the world, in fact. The only reason I don't want to live there is because I live in Scandinavia where things are even better. 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY
2 years, 2 months ago @bebe8842 bro, cut the cr/p! the issue is everywhere, reality is that , nothing is exciting about life anymore. people stopped procreating or wishing to make careers, they just work in order to survive. the previous generations and current greedy big bosses destroyed and keep destroying. end of the story. bye 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY
2 years, 2 months ago @dealman3312 3:23 Toronto average 1 bedroom is not $3000/m - this is a controlled demolition, all done to the west by design with the waves of immigration, their controllers want them to setup this dire situation, that people will beg the government to solve their problems. Then your rights can be removed and you’ll accept their version of an NWO. The tavistoks are more clever than us.\nMy advice to young Canadians. Move out of province, buy a cheaper house or buy land and build your own. Start your own enterprise and work remotely. Or just move out of Canada to some of Nomad Capitalist’s or Joel Skousen’s suggested countries. 1 ZvSNcnG2eqY

2 years, 2 months ago @SheldonWise There is great content on this channel. Now analysing this and the one on Australia the biggest issue is immigration. We have such great countries, why are we allowing foreign investment coupled with immigration from third world countries. There is a reason they’re leaving their subpar countries, why are we welcoming an unlimited amount of the very people that created these subpar countries. 1 ZvSNcnG2eqY
2 years, 2 months ago @joenerad3328 What a horrible video. Couldn't bother watching the whole thing. The population is growing at it's fastest rate in over half a century. 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY

2 years, 2 months ago @chrisbyl9758 also 1992 the national housing was canceled by who? Not liberals conservatives 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY
2 years, 2 months ago @chrisbyl9758 Well blaming the federal government over the housing? Really that falls under provincial jurisdiction. In Ontario the building code was changed and new developments have less affordable houses built. Inflation started when Russia invaded Ukraine not just here, Europe as well as Australia \nSorry when you have primers of provinces fighting about money they want to provide for housing.. the federal government bypassed Ontario to work directly with municipal government. \nSorry air Canada and west jet and grocery stores all had little competition since before his election 0 ZvSNcnG2eqY
