1 year, 10 months ago @ishanr5153 There is no back check no education verification, those who cant even pass grade 5 test are being granted student visas, every aspect of immigration is a scam. 1 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @flabbyhoy Duh it’s because too many people are coming in for the supply of housing. Our quality of life is tanking as a direct result of too much immigration. 0 txyjmNXcWiU

1 year, 10 months ago @Hadogei123456789 Some people are too freaking dense to realize that CAPITALISM is the problem, not immigrants. 1 txyjmNXcWiU

1 year, 10 months ago @Atheist_GOD9 If Canadians think new govt will solve the problem. They are dead wrong. This is the vicious cycle they can not get out. Their own structure can not support pensions and salaries. They need to bring in new immigrants otherwise the system cycle will collapse. As far as housing is concern. Does Canada have shortage of land ? Its due to policies that new housing is not coming up thus driving prices through the roof. No govt will gonna change that because corporate interests are involved and not house owners wanted their prices to go down. Which happened to be biggest voting block. Thus ordinary young Canadians are feeling the music and they see new students as the enemy. In fact it is the students who go through horrible exploitation ordinary Canadians cannot imagine. Canadians economy is an artificial economy based AND ITS BUBBLE WILL GO POP IF IT STOPS IMMIGRATION. Harsh reality and see if Mr Poilievre gonna change that ??. They are all the same bunch of liars like Trudeau. Don't forget Trudeau was charming prince ones. They all change with Realities. 0 txyjmNXcWiU

1 year, 10 months ago @John7No I don't understand when you say they are not prepared for Canada's cost of living.\nI have jobs offers to relocate and the first thing I do is how is that salary compares to the cost of living. If I would to just relocate to another country without even a job offer, I would even more want to know what I am up against 0 txyjmNXcWiU

1 year, 10 months ago @cbrcoder I am from India living in India. I think Canada shouldn't replace native population with mindless immigration. We in India are also having similar issues due to illegal immigrants coming from Bangladesh and Pakistan :( 6 txyjmNXcWiU

1 year, 10 months ago @icanpreptoo6673 We need to differentiate between anti-immigration and simply being against poor immigration policies. 0 txyjmNXcWiU

1 year, 10 months ago @NicholasPittman-n4k When they get everything, they want and when Canadians ask for help, they the gov't give us red tape and paperwork where we give up and become homeless MAYBE that could be a reason 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @Nick-ux1jk I’m so glad I left Canada what an absolute mess the country has become under Trudeau, i consider myself one of the lucky ones having the opportunity to leave hope one day Canada can find its feet again. 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @captain-if6kz 1.27 million people migrated into Canada in 2023. Canadas population was just under 40 million. That is ludicrous. 0 txyjmNXcWiU

1 year, 10 months ago @j96993 I live in Rochester, NY and travel to Toronto frequently. The traffic on the QEW is starting to become an issue. There's always a backup leading into the Gardiner Expressway. They were too many condos that were built and downtown and which is super unaffordable. 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @chuckchambers9565 ' Globalization ' 1 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @newworld6474 not anti-immigration ... but flooding the country with too immigrants at one time ....... without a housing plan (housing - real estate and rents have skyrocketed and become unaffordable for most everyone etc etc )etc etc , services plan , education plan, employment plan, health system plan ... the country is simple being overwhelmed ... people want it slowed down ... 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @shirleyscott8879 The problem is that everyone wants to come to the big cities, especially Toronto. 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @ppen8359 Canadians themselves are to be blamed. If you want free healthcare and handouts, then the government must raise revenues, and those revenues come from immigration. If you do not want problems then do not create problems. Get rid of free healthcare and cut those government welfare programs. 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @johnsmith7345 The colleges bare responsibility on international students does someone have to come from India to study for a diploma in property management. Conestoga college looks like a third world country why would anyone young person from Canada want to go there. The colleges want the tution money from international students and they should be held acountable for the problems we are having. 0 txyjmNXcWiU

1 year, 10 months ago @teresawilson3893 We don’t need anymore we’re full and you can’t as a western country bring in thousands of just two countries. 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @CorinnePeters-j7q Meanwhile they are on indigenous land 1 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @kouamesamson9665 I agree with this feeling shared all over. No, for now Canada don’t need a lot of people. The country need to fix this housing problem and fix its immigration policy. It’s insane to see people paying for 900$ for shared bedroom, this is crazy. Fix it first then later you’ll scale up the immigration process again. 2 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @beemer1111 Only greedy landlords and their political friends have benefited from this disastrous Government immigration debacle. Canadians can only hope now, that the Mexican Cartels and their Chinese partners, will filter some of their profits to the fast food restaurants and Tim Hortons \nso at least they will survive the crisis of business failures, as most Canadians will not have expendable income, with out a criminal side hustle, to support any other Canadian owned business’s. 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @larrywalker5743 The seems are starting to burst, just look at Britain. \n\nThere’s no such thing as a real Canadian as the country was built by various races. If you have a Canadian passport you’re Canadian that’s it.\n\nThe issue lies in continuing to bring in large amount of people with no skills the country needs. The infrastructure is starting to buckle because of that. \n\nAt the very least they should consider shutting down immigration in the large cities to provide labor to smaller towns.\n\nAnother problem is letting foreigners buy properties in Canada who from countries that don’t allow Canadians to buy,\nfor example China. The government shouldn’t allow a Chinese who’s non Canadian buy a house here if we ourselves can’t buy property over there. 10 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @babelfishdude Technically I think border tightening warranted. It is the correct policy to deny entry even as tourists to convicted felons.. Trump. 1 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @01mustang05 CAN YOU STOP YOURSELF ?!? You & the rest of the majority have become the problem BUT can you become actually reasonable? \n\nCan you help stop this sick & barbaric control & rule scam for an actual reasonable way of life that doesn't harm, corrupt, & do worse to people, especially innocent & helpless children like you once were?\n\nAre you too harmed & corrupted to stop letting & causing harm, corruption, & worse to continue to happen to people & most horribly to innocent & helpless children? \n\nCan you stop yourself & become actually reasonable or even half decent to let actual reasonableness be realized? 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @strawberriesncandii Most people are not against immigration. They’re against illegal immigration especially from nations that are hostile to theirs and their people. Legal immigrants are against mass migration too. 17 txyjmNXcWiU
