1 year, 10 months ago @cod4Rlp Odd that Guardian makes a video on anti-immigration sentiments in Canada, while their own country burns on anti-immigration riots! 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @العقيدمعمرالقذافي-ح4ف i know what canada needs....more indians 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @lisal.7249 Oh this vedio is filming Asian girls like paparazzi, as if they are mostly the problem! 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @MrBlackPositiveandInteresting This makes Zero sense. How are immigrants to blame ?. White nationalism masked as Xenophobia 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @thefareplayer2254 Have Canadians ever considered that building more middle density housing and not caring about property values would fix most of this? 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @jesusalvaradorodriguez9806 The problem basically has 3 names: Xenophie, Capitalism and racism. 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @samg8012 Really, one only has to look at the pro hamas demonstrations that have been going on for almost a year now to get an understanding as to one reason why Canadians are starting to tire of immigration. 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @michellecunningham9645 Trudeau 9 years 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @bps9651 Problem isn’t immigration it’s who we immigrate. We don’t need all university students, we need people who come from similar countries who can use their hands and can build things and have clean backgrounds. 108 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @skm1016 The Guardian is doing the evil work of spreading hate and attempting unrest. Must be inspired by Elon. 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @Nhopkh04 A country goes through ups and downs all the time. We are in a bad place, but scapegoating immigrants isn't the solution. Isn't everyone an immigrant in Canada?? 3 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @stinkfinger630 Corporations and businesses want an increasing supply of cheap labour. The real estate/development industry wants a growing market. The International School industry lobbies for increased numbers. Canadian governments have failed the citizens of Canada who sacrificed, paid taxes and literally built this country. Replacement Theory is a reality for many Canadians these days. 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @barrymurphy1982 Typical Guardian asking dumb questions. Why is anti-immigration sentiment on the rise in Canada? Maybe because the numbers arriving are too high? Maybe because there is a shortage of housing? Jeez, it's not rocket science. 1 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @J71539 Why didn’t they do their own research before they pick up and move to a new country? 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @Mc-eu6wv Dont know if ppl are seeing this but when the democrats in America open the borders thats when immigration started to explode in Canada and Europe the ppl are fed up with it 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @alvinlee1013 UNCONTROLLABLE INDIAN INFESTATIONS 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @pk3778 Where would Canada be without colonial immigration to populate it...??? 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @mikofi No country is responsible for people other than their own citizens. This includes Canada and any other country in the world. No country has the obligation to import people from other countries. If the immigration is beneficial for any country it can take place. Once it's not beneficial any more it should be stopped. Nobody is entitled to a free meal, a free meal can be given because of generosity, not because of any pressure or obligation. 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @estikekry6720 How is every country all of a sudden anti immigration? 1 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @engineking777 Trump vance 2024 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @tacituskilgore2851 If you have to really ask there is no hope left 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @Tobytobers1 i am a homeless canadian with two kids.....and I can't find a place to live. 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @alevtynamarkina9702 Students who can’t pay their living in Canada should go back home. As an ex international student, who came here in 2011 I feel more than entitled to say so, because that what the Canadian police was back then. We didn’t even have right to work! So sorry but I don’t feel for all this students 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @vonbandler Its also not Canada that is selling the dream. Its recruiters in India, who likely are Indian, running a business in getting their countrymen visas to Canada. I know, these systems exist in many other countries as well, like China. 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @opiniku5510 It's not about the Canadian's incompetence to compete, it's only about the government's inability to address public issues such as housing, job opportunities, etc. As long as no issues with those things, foreigners and immigrants wouldn't be the spacegoat for the public's problem. Not only in Canada but also in many countries in Europe & US. 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @andresorlandogomezlopez7592 They should not be protesting against immigrants but their government. 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @unclefart5527 Brian Mulroney got away with severely and recklessly increasing immigration. From then on every government has jacked up the allowable numbers, not that there's a penalty for exceeding quotas. Now we're there dumping ground of the world, part of Trudeau's WEF scorched earth policy on his way out the door. 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @Smt_Glaive i dont blame locals in any country for wanting to protect their identity and culture. 243 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @taen6917 yes, your government should send more money to Ukraine. 0 txyjmNXcWiU

1 year, 10 months ago @JuanGalto Blade Runner IS amazing. 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @kieldrake1535 Bald guy is WRONG. We don’t need immigration to Canada. We need to encourage in situ growth by people who already live in Canada having more kids. Changed in taxation alone could result in this. 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @manseerkhanm4023 Arrest this right wing criminal and put him jail 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @justinriley3447 I don't think this should be posed as a pro immigrant vs anti immigrant argument. Apply some logic and nuance.. Does a 50 seat restaurant take nightly reservations for 80? Does an aircraft seating 280 sell 500 tickets? Time to sensible and adjust numbers to fit our infrastructure 28 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @ggwhhbb1822 don't interfere with other countries internal matters , get involve in exploiting other countries ( congo for battery supply) etc. first 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @rolback5055 Because illegal immigration is unlawful. Canada is becoming a third world country. 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @Mast3r_ya Thanks our government and incompetent ministers. 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @PapaCharlieist Yes rising poverty, prices, unemployment, most importantly the locals are being discriminated against the immigrants because you can pay the immigrants lower wage 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @LinkLich Canada is Blackrocks playground. 1 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @yatarookayama8329 Maybe could be because the actions of illegal immigrants !\njust saying ... 0 txyjmNXcWiU

1 year, 10 months ago @careyprice_3117 Canadian dream ? there is no such thing as 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @marlonanand4501 Canadians can't be anti-immigration since they all immigrated from somewhere at some point in history. 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @toma4794 I’m from the UK, where we face similar challenges along with other issues that Canada fortunately does not have. If housing, jobs, healthcare, and education are not adequately addressed, people can become hopeless and susceptible to manipulation by far right extremist groups. This can lead to terrible incidents like the ones we’ve witnessed in the UK this week. ? 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @GospelTestimony This is just as harmful for new immigrants coming in, as it is for existing Canadians who already live here. This is a country of immigrants, so when the people who push back on this flooding of the country are called racists for it, it's a bold-faced lie. No decent Canadian is anti-immigrant, but they are against a planned demolition of the nation. 1 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @jbrudert I didn’t realize there was that much poverty in Toronto 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @kevinmurker8980 More ESG BS. 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @AvishekChowdhury-q6g Anti immigration sentiment is rising everywhere because multi cultural assimilation failed miserably 58 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @Arcwol Interestingly, it's always the same type of people expressing anti-immigration sentiments. I wonder why. 2 txyjmNXcWiU
