Isn't this the same as preventing Ukrainian refugees from being able to leave Ukraine while active fighting is taking place? If neighboring countries allow safe passage to civilians, Hamas can duke it out with IDF all they want. But I understand they likely don't at all trust Israel to then let refugees return back to Gaza. |
