I am Canadian n can’t believe the amount this country has changed the past 10 years. Absolutely bizarre. I live on my own but worn with foreign workers n might listen to foreign language in my life more than English.

“Make that make sense.” Mr. Prime Minister, we have been saying this since November. This American is worn out from trump. I stand with you and the Canadian government.

I wish he had worn just a tee shirt

Trump should thank his lucky stars that Justin is not like his dad who was one of Canada's greatest PM's & he did not take in BS. from anyone in fact if Justin was like his dad the bleep button would get worn out & in person the secret service would half to pull them a part because there would be fight .

This person (I cannot call him a man) was a drama teacher before becoming a politician. He's as narcissistic and self absorbed as Trump is. He's worn blackface, has had multiple conflict of interest cases brought against him, claims he's a feminist, but he's treated female ministers disrespectfully...he had to leave his teaching job because he had an inappropriate relationship with a student ......the list goes on! As a drama teacher he can put up a fake front, but he's the same as Trump in every way.

Satanic Evil Trump not a republican he stole this party like he stole the election you know that he's a convicted felon , he's a child molester with Jeffrey Epstein , the man that love grabbing women by the p---- , cult leader using religious to get these corrupted religious mega follower's to back him up and Putin's little puppet , humiliating and degrading our friend from Ukraine this list goes on with this American Traitor no more talking take our business to Europe . If I were a down and out of luck Native New Yorker or American citizen from any other state I'd fake a Spanish accent and take my meager belongings in a worn out suitcase to those hotels to get a place to stay. What are they going to do? No back ground check, and are they going to complain I am faking the system? HA!
2025-01-28 0
Nope. Turn around don't drown. Seriously? Why do they think this behavior is OK for most Americans. Find somewhere else. There's Canada and Europe. Find help there. Our shelters and our patients is full and worn thin. You let all the bad eggs in Mexico. You keep these people ?

unbelievable!!! The man is a convicted felon, who said out his own mouth. He was gonna overthrow the government. It’s already been 500 years man. They still haven’t given the people who built this country anything what makes you think they’re gonna give you anything now! Unbelievable! Only in America!!!? wow!!!!!!!’ oh by the way, are you Trump people who want jobs that are already here you’re just not looking for the people that you’re trying to replace just keep one thing in mind when you replace those people pretty soon you’re worn out they’re gonna be replacing you too with another immigrant who wants your lifestyle and what you have they don’t want to give the people who are native here born here live here because they don’t want it. The land already belong to the natives and they took it and you wanna migrate over here and think you’re getting something better.

You have worn out your welcome. Go back to your country and return the legal way. Enough already. If you’re here for school you should be in school not working. Graduate and go home with your degree and help your community and country. Your status has expired, there are laws for a reason. Why do you feel that you are entitled to change them to suit?
2024-09-09 0
just get out not because of where you come from ... but because you are guests and your actions has caused you to have now worn out your welcome

We don’t hate Indians, we hate our government flooding the country with immigrants, Canadians are inviting, but when our government has pissed us off the welcome has worn off

This needs to stop altogether. Immigration is NOT an economic plan and as such has worn quite thin. It has become so difficult to own and run a business (at least in Ontario) and probably the rest of the country due to taxation and added things like carbon tax which has never been explained in a meaningful way. There is also an issue of interprovincial consortiums buying up franchises in bulk and hiring only foreign nationals to work there. These politicians are in denial and have no stake in this which is why it seems like a viable solution. Some of them are also landlords and involved in the secondary mortgage market with investment funds, all the while making policy to keep working people and the middle class off the property ladder. You can’t get approved for a 2000 dollar a month mortgage but you sure can rent one of their properties through a buying consortium for 3500 dollars a month. It is obscene the grift that has taken place and all the while they have had a hand in fomenting a purchasing frenzy for homes which drives their property values / investments through the roof, sometimes to the tune of 10x what they paid for them. It is corrupt and if anyone thinks that 25million dollar Pollievre is going to be different then think again…..it will be a repeat of Stephen Harper only worse (he is pulling the strings for Pollievre.

This might be irrelevant but I want to share an incident which I find very tragic. I worked in German schools as a part of a project which allowed me to observe primary school life. There was this one special day on which students(age8-9) were allowed to come to school wearing costumes of their favourite characters. There was superman, batman ?‍♀️ costumes worn by some students with migration background and at the end of the day they all got arrested by german students who were all dressed up as german polizei. ?‍♂️\nThere was unimagineable amount of discrimination going on in an ordinary classroom everyday. At least nothing an 8 year old child can handle. \nI dont have kids but i know I would never gamble with my childrens future and psychology.. even if you give me millions...

Even in India Sikhs do not carry the Kirpan like this.\nIt usually not worn everywhere and if it all is most concealed under various article of clothing. \nThey will not use it for violence, but this was unessecary.

Hope you dont delete this its the norm of a certain community. If theres a knife to be worn in public in your religion, its wrong. You gotta put it outside of calculation in public because its not a turban of cloth its a bloody knife. Jihad and knives not encouraged sorry. The guy ofcourse did it deliberately usko pata hai they don't encourage it here. Why then in pak hindus are wearing hijab and are prosecuted ? Population has come to1% people are aware of who's supporting who.

But he should have worn it inside his T-shirt. Follow religion but don’t scare other students off who are unaware of the religion.

Where I live every house has been worn down. The lawns unkept, garbage in alleys and BACKYARDS are like dumps now. Tent cities everywhere. I remember when the area was mostly European, the area was maintained.

It wasn't necessary that he wears his Kirpan so openly in the college. It could have been easily worn under his t-shirt like how thousands of sikhs do in India. Looks like he did it on purpose to either show off or cause religious disharmony.

The kirpan is a curved, single-edged blade that Khalsa Sikhs are required to wear as part of their religious uniform, as prescribed by the Sikh Code of Conduct\nKirpans are typically sheathed and worn with a gatra (a strap) underneath clothing. The kirpan obligates a Sikh to the ideals of generosity, compassion and service to humanity. It acts as a reminder to its bearer of a Sikh's solemn duty to protect the weak and promote justice for all.\nਸਰਬੱਤ ਦਾ ਭਲਾ ?

Asking for trouble. Irrespective of Arms being allowed in the USA, the Sardarji knew better than to make a display of his kirpan .. could be worn discreetly. In India, despite plurality and secularity, as in allowing all faiths, try it and may cop the same treatment. And no apology will be forthcoming. May get a slap to boot, before being sent home..
2024-02-01 0
Even though I am a Hindu sikh etc if there are rules of the land and the institutions, they should be respected above religion. If we feel uncomfortable in foreign countries, then we should stay back in our own. But they can’t allow weapons on the campus in plain sight and Kripan is a weapon. Why was the kid undressed like that showing his Kripan over his clothes? It could be worn under that TShirt..

Why does saudi not even allow kuffiyes to be worn or imams or people to pray for people of gaza inside saudi?? Why do you shake hands with the enemy??

Should be worn under clothing
2023-12-11 0
This is an insult to our religion.kirpaan is worn by sikhs to protect themselves it is the blessing of guru gobind singh ji .\nBut you Carry on god is watching you

That knife could be worn for religious reason but when angered it can take a life or the lives of many. The blade if longer than the inches allowed is illegal.
2023-10-24 0
So u want to be a U .S or Canadian citizen but want to carry a daggar to school?? That daggar..is meant to be worn as part of ur religious uniform. I dont see u wearing the rest of ur religious uniform thoe..\nu come to our Country because u want the freedom & opportunities , then maybe u should be more understanding & act accordingly .\n Otherwise stay in a country where everyone carries their weapon to school. Their are crazy ppl in every religion..just bc this young man is peaceful doesnt meann we all can assume the next guy will be.
2023-08-12 0
The rules should be changed. Kripan can be worn as long as it is not pointed and has no sharp edges that is capable of hurting other people. In short it cannot be used as a weapon.

In the past 2 years I have had 5 crainiotomies, 1 kidney removed and a hernia. Looking at this in the USA, this would cost me over $3, 000, 000 for my care. I would be bankrupt. You say that the health insurance cost ONLY a couple of hundred dollars a month ($2400 a year) ... here, I pay NOTHING per month. Most insurance plans in the USA hve a few THOUSAND dollar deductible on top of the monthly payment. Yes, I do pay higher taxes than in the USA but the social programs are worth it ... INCLUDING HEALTH CARE. There is also a reason why the Canadian lapel pin is worn by Americans in when they go to Europe. There is also a reason why part of the French landscape is Canadian soil (Vimy Ridge ... France gave the area to Canada as a THANK YOU for what we did during WW1). The Netherlands sends Canada 1000's of tulips to Canada every year thanking Canada for making part of the maternity ward in Ottawa Hospital Dutch soil. Queen Jiliana gave birth to Margriet and the only way to stay in line for the thrrone was to be born on Dutch soil ... Ottawa complied. Canada also liberated the Netherlands in WW2.

Kirpan should be worn underneath the clothes.. not above.

America got places to house the homeless. There's a lot of vacant office spaces, warehouses, and worn down houses. Those could be converted and fixed up. \nHowever, you can't count the homeless of those who chose to live on the streets.\nThen, create policies for entry while also working with their government to bring their citizens back home.

In America where guns are allowed to be carried albeit concealed with permit or other documents, Kirpan is 5k religious freedom but in USA Kirpan should be worn or hidden under clothes not openly showing it Americans will only call police saying terrorist has knife ?

You're not correct about the Quebec government banning the hijab - actually they ban all forms of religious expression in clothes worn at work by public servants - so don't criticize us unless you get the facts straight. All countries are facing public health crisis especially in the aftermath of a global pandemic, you mention how long it could take to get an MRI - weeks/months, but it's no worse than in the UK, or other western countries. I do agree with you about limited competition in banking and tech - but we're still a young and growing country, however, look at the global recession that took place in 2007 - Canada was least affected by mortgage default, the US was hit the worst and hundreds of thousands had their homes foreclosed by the Banks, yet in Canada because of our strict banking policies we were saved and the Banks worked with defaulters to try to keep their homes. Taxes, well most countries require you to file your own taxes at the end of the year - what's so strange about that? Yes sales tax is added onto the sales price depending on what province and what you are purchasing, same as US, just because it's not the same in Europe doesn't mean it's worse! Listen, when you're a newcomer to any country you need to fit in when looking for a job, put in the effort, take the time, do the work, any country is going to expect you to be able to speak the language and know the lingo, so I don't agree with your analysis that Canadians are risk adverse! You are 100% correct about the housing crisis, listen it's been going on everywhere for decades, and international investors in the past 10 years or so woke up and noticed that Canada was a great bet for investment, so the problem got really bad. The government just passed a 2 year moratorium on non Canadians buying real estate - as have many other countries, so fingers crossed no more new foreign landlords just regular Canadians buying their first homes, let's hope so!! I've lived many years in Europe - and I loved it! But the quality of life in Canada is better. If you don't live in the crowded city you can have a nice property with lots of space, good roads, not bad school system, very friendly and helpful people. Quebec has some of the best food on the North American continent, we have clean air and lots of water in Canada - I'm very happy here, so don't be so negative please!

I know that the actions seen out here in the video is kind of an extrem, but I believe whatever measures were taken it was for the welfare of keeping everybody safe in which my Sikh brother had no bad intentions but it was all an honest mistake.  According to my understanding he could've worn the Kripan under his T-shirt.. no disrespect to nobody but I'm here with all my Love and Respect to all.. \nAnd He being out of India.. people might have heard or know about Sikhism but respectively being in a totally different country it'll be a cultural shock to some of its fellow country's residents and that too he is in an educational environment or zone where a lot of unfortunate events had occur in the past few years due to violence.. so taking these reasons and unfortunate incidents under consideration.. our dear Sikh brother did not do anything wrong in openly carrying a Kripan (knife) for it is his cultural right and had gone some kind of a rituals in order to carry a Kripan for self-defense. But people will still feel some kind of uneasiness when it comes to weapons seen in and around educational area or zones. \nSo whatever measures had been taken for the safty of all.. especially by the security as he was doing his job by understanding the situation. No heard feeling to nobody but I just wanted to get my point across regarding this incident. N I know my Sikh brothers n sisters will definitely come to an agreement of understanding in what I'm trying to say..
