If you have children, you should worry for their future. If you want healthcare as you age, you should worry. Since 2015, uncontrolled, open-border immigration policies have left Canada’s housing, healthcare, and education systems crumbling before our eyes. People are dying in ERs while waiting for care—our systems are overwhelmed, some perhaps exploited. Teachers can’t keep up with soaring ESL demands. Our children can no longer dream of owning their own homes some day. Our infrastructure is broken—in healthcare, housing, education, and employment. Liberals, Conservatives, even the NDP all agree. It’s time to unite: shut down our borders, deport illegal immigrants in massive numbers, and restore Canada as a safe, calm, and peaceful nation. *Write to your MPs—whether Liberal, Conservative, or NDP to stop mass immigration and deport illegal immigrants. Eventually, they will all have to listen.*

Canada has reduced the number of student visas and temporary foreign worker permits because even people who are pro immigration and not racist recognize that it has gotten out of hand. Diversity is good. Diversity requires lots of different kinds of people living together. Immigration shouldn’t be mostly one group no matter what the ethnicity or colour is. It’s all about balance.

Perhaps we should all personally step back for a period and examine exactly what it is we're doing and start looking for solid, out-of-the-box solutions, because using 19th century political tools for affecting change just doesn't work anymore. Finally, this might be hard to wrap our heads around, but we are all part of the problem in some way. If you have the faculty to do so, ask yourself if you work for or support entities that ultimately support the very system oppressing you. Be smarter out there, everyone.

A concern is the pivot toward foreign military recruitment. If extortion and fraud isn't enough of a problem now, consider future disloyaly risks with our military. And here we go again, with 'express entry' and even an invitation to reply. Watch that back door. Also, way too much money is leaving the country. It's not just about attracting investment but getting it to stay. The immigration policies, ironically, are 'not' diversified.

Why is it so difficult to have reasonable conversations about this? Most of this video is completely true — but so many comments show love to that bike guy who was factually incorrect and pointlessly racist. But on the other hand, so many woke types don’t even want to admit the problem. They also don’t want to talk about how the government is complicit. Every nation has a right to define itself, and how much immigration it wants, and how that immigration happens. It is beyond ridiculous to not speak the primary language of the country you emigrate to. But why say weird shit like indians eat shit?? Or that 1.5 billion people are all the same? The rationale behind early immigration was to be very tough and selective about who enters and lives here. They welcomed students because it brought in a lot of revenue so that’s a win-win, but to LIVE they had to prove they were an asset to the community. Now the whole thing is manipulated. You don’t have proper vetting for the students because of fake colleges that just want to make money. You don’t have proper limits on immigration and criteria for jobs/skills because companies want to make money. Politicians just do whatever strategy gets votes. But for some reason people either only get woke about the positives of Indian immigrants or only negative, sometimes racist about them. It’s fair to acknowledge that rampant, unchecked immigration ruins the culture. Like Indian driving culture is fucking terrible. You don’t want to bring that shit over. You can also acknowledge that early immigrants and their kids are often completely American/Canadian, from their native language, accents, education, references etc. And that Indians are generally a low-crime, high-employment, high-tax-paying immigrant group. And we ALSO acknowledge that that’s changing because of the type/number of people coming in, and the financial and political incentives which support it. It causes valid resentment. You should come to Portland OR and Vancouver WA, Seattle area too - compare and contrast these communities to the Russians that moved here in the 90s. Canada’s immigration system is being exploited by many international students, temporary workers, illegal immigrants, and even tourist visa holders. IRCC is now granting repeated extensions on tourist visas. Why are they allowing these extensions? What are these individuals expected to do in Canada for years? Many tourist visa holders have been in Canada for several years — not necessarily because they refuse to leave, but because IRCC keeps extending their status. Some of these individuals end up working illegally, taking jobs from Canadian youth and citizens, and adding pressure to the housing market. The increasing numbers of asylum claimants, international students, temporary work permit holders, tourist visa holders, and undocumented individuals are placing strain on Canada and its citizens. IRCC needs to strictly follow the law and enforce regulations. If not, Canada’s immigration system will continue to be exploited, and abusive individuals or even criminals could find it easier to enter the country.

What is he still doing around? Send the Illegal Immigrants and the ones with expired Visa home so we can get caught up on homes and jobs for our own Legal Citizens. I grew up in Brampton from 1985 to 2010. I watched it change. Not for the better. I got the hell out there and every time I go back to visit my fam, it's even worse. Almost never seeing any other race but Indian lol. It all has to do with Trudeau's dad designating that city as a go-to place for Indian migrants. The Trudeau's are part of the whole Satanic New World Order, and part of that order is using mass immigration as a weapon to destroy 1st world countries. His father started it back in the 70s. And yeah the driving is absolutely horrible. The car insurance skyrocketed. They destroyed the city I grew up in. It's a shit hole now. Many of them will tell you that India itself is a shit hole, but the more of them that come to Brampton, or wherever, they turn it into India. I don't consider it racism. It's their people but it's not like it's all of them, but it is a lot. From personal observance, they're the most unhygienic people I've ever met, and they love easy jobs the involve scamming others out of money. All of those scam callers are Indian. Nothing else. They have no dignity. No self respect. They just want money and don't care how to get it. I generally don't like them, but it's because of their negative behaviors. There are plenty of other races that come to Canada that people love. Have you ever heard of anyone complain about Filipinos? No. They're loved. They come here and know how to assimilate while keeping their own heritage intact in respect to our own. They're friendly, respectful, hygienic. Indian people just want to come here and make this place Indian and they have tons of kids, so that's exactly what's happening. Brampton was cooked years ago. This is the Canadian govt’s fault for not making immigration stricter and allowing low tier Indians in. I’m not sure why they weren’t more selective in handing out visas cause their mishandling of immigration just paints a bad picture of all Indian immigrants (even those who assimilate with the country and contribute strongly to the economy). The US at least keeps immigration under control and only allows mostly smart Indians in. The Indian demographic in the US achieved the highest average annual salaries and most have assimilated well. That’s proof the US carried out good immigration control.

To be honest this is something all political party’s from across the spectrum agree with in Canada at the moment, we literally have no housing . We the Canadian Tax payer have been footing rbe bill to keeo these immigrants/ refugees in rather nice 3/4 Hotles for the last few years . I’m a farmer who lives in the county but the closest city to where I live is Windsor and for the last 4 ish year the Government was hosting them in Five Hotel's across the city . It got to the point where it was cheaper for the government to BUY the hotels then rent all the rooms , so that’s what they did … No I’m all for helping people but that is kinda pushing it don’t you think ? There are no jobs for them , no homes for them , etc . We have been in a trade war for the last 2 years with the two largest economies in the world and we need to focus our economic power on thous conflicts at the moment and if the world like it or not fighting that is out top priority and everything else comes second .Even with out that fact Our former government overloaded what our ability’s where capable of handling . We have a pretty advanced social care network but these new folks who have never payed a dime into it and are living off of it for years with the government having no real plan on how to deal with it is just to much , with our with out the economic conflict we are currently in . You can cut immigration all you want, and it still won’t fix the housing crisis. And let’s be precise: immigrants are not the same as migrants. Canada has high levels of legal, permanent immigration, but very little irregular or transient migration compared to other Western countries. The problem isn’t people needing homes. It’s homes being treated like safety-deposit boxes for the global rich. Empty houses, speculative ownership, and capital parked in real estate do far more damage than newcomers ever could. Blaming immigration is just a convenient distraction from the real issue: housing has been turned into an investment vehicle instead of a place to live.

As a Canada who speaks both French and English and who follows politics quite closely, I have to say that the headline and some of the reporting here is quite misleading. A reduction in immigration has broad support across Canada. I wouldn't say that notion is dividing the country in any significant way. You do have certain industry groups that disagree, but among the population these reductions have broad support. This is a historic change in public opinion in Canada, but it has been driven by the unprecedented increase in immigration under the last term of the Trudeau government. To put this in context, non-permanent residents in Canada numbered around 1.5 million on Q3 2023, but by Q3 2025, that number sat a just over 3 million. The previous government increased immigration targets by 3 or 4 times over what they had been for years, which caused a number of economic issues. Essentially, the volume was simply too high for the economy and society to support. This was unfair to both Canadians and new comers, many of which could not find employment or afford a decent place to live. The changes being suggested are largely bringing Canada back to what the targets were for over a decade before, though a bit lower to account for the sudden surge. Canada remains one of the most pro-immigration countries in the world. However, and this is where I think DW's reporting is misleading, there is a distinction to be made between policies at the federal level and policies at the provincial level. Immigration, per our constitution, is a federal matter, however, Quebec in particular is distinct from other provinces. I don't mean only culturally and linguistically, but also in the powers that have been devolved to it by the federal government. On the question of immigration, Quebec has more powers and more ability to set its immigration targets and programs than any of the other 9 provinces. The particular program discussed here, the Quebec Experience Program (PEQ), is a particular immigration stream that only existed in Quebec. So what is happening with that program cannot be labeled as a whole-of-Canada thing. Where the changes to the PEQ are controversial, unlike the general changes at the federal level, is that people who immigrated under that specific program were promised certain things. There was a multi-year time line to Permanent Residency and then Citizenship. Many of those people have been in Quebec for 5-8 years already. However, the changes made to the program were done in such a way where people who many years into the program, had gotten an education, started a career, had children, ect. are now being told they can't continue and must leave Canada. There are even stories of people who married Canadians, now have children, and the one parent who was under this program now faces the possibility of having to leave Canada and be separated from their family. All through no fault of their own. That is what many people see as unfair, and I agree, however limiting future applications under the program, to bring in less people, that is not controversial. Canada has no responsibility to bring in people who are not already in Canada, but Canada does have some responsibility towards people who uprooted their lives to move to Canada and built new lives here based on promises and representations made to them by the Canadian and Quebecois governments. We should no simply kick those people out of the country.

Being proud of one’s country is good, but discarding another nation’s (especially the one you immigrate to) culture and customs and continuing to follow your own, even considering them better, that’s when the problem begins. When you leave a country for the purpose of immigration, only its memories should stay with you, nothing else

I’ve had conversations with Indians who say there’s too many Indians. Prior to the past 10-11 years of liberal “leadership,” we only let in 40k people per year. Now on average over trudeaus time we on average let in 1 million people per year. It’s disgusting. It’s purely the liberals thinking “oh yeah all of of them vote the same, let’s bring em in and they’ll vote us in.” Short term play all about greed and power worship.
