How about advocating for the legal immigrants that live here now or the homeless of NYC. The city council, governor, and mayor all need to kick rocks. They are the worst. Sometimes, i really think that these officials forget that the stuff they do in Manhattan trickles into the other boroughs. New York is not just Manhattan. Brooklyn and Queens and the Bronx are right across the Hudson. Long Island and Staten island are above and below. These officials are affecting the funding that comes to all the boroughs because they want to act progressive. None of the officials of New York are actually progressive. The way they live shows there real nature.

Wouldn't the fact that the city council, allocated that money AFTER the ice raids took place. Pretty much in response to them, as an emergency to basically help hide the migrants, wouldn't that make them complicit in aiding and abetting or harboring a fugitive? I heard something about the way Miss AOC has been going online producing videos, instructing people how to avoid/escape ICE agents, was pushing the limits on the law. That she might get in trouble for it. Then surely the city council, knowingly providing this money for the purpose of helping migrants, NOT GET DEPORTED, really needs to be looked into. Taxing the American's living in NY out the *ss, just to spend that tax money on stuff the citizens, DONT WANT THEM spending it on. I think the act of handing over $2 million dollars, just to help hide the illegal immigrants, while at the same time raising taxes for the actual legal citizens who are NOT benefiting AT ALL, from all this money being spent when, THEY ARE THE ONES WHO ARE ACTUALLY PAYING IT IN, should definitely be crossing the line....

New Yorkers want immigrants to replace black workers. It's simple. Most young New Yorkers are racist. Black Council members are uncle Tom's. All of them know that those same immigrants hate blacks. I have lived in Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba and now Alberta. Toronto was beautiful in the 60’s and 70’s then it started to change to what is now overcrowded, expensive and crime ridden. I would not choose it anymore. Winnipeg, Manitoba in the mid to late 80’s was lovely. People were polite especially in winter, when driving was challenging, friendly and it is very cultural. People would say it would be the best city in Canada if it was in the mountains. Now I live in Edmonton, Alberta a dirty city with a council that puts high priced, unaffordable recreation centres ahead of services that would benefit everyone. Now they want to increase the population to 2 million when it can’t afford to sustain the existing population of 1,568,000. The taxes this year have risen to 8.9% and house prices are expected to increase 6.5% for an average price of $458,000. I lived in Calgary, in the Fish Creek provincial park area close to the C-train and a good bus service to downtown. 45 minutes from the mountains and Kananaskis, great zoo, vibrant downtown and if it is not much more expensive than Edmonton and is ranked 7th best city to live in worldwide. To compare the 2 cities, Edmonton tries to be world-class but just doesn’t have what it takes. The people seem to have very little pride in their city, the parks are a mess of weeds which also grow wherever there is green space and they very possibly have the worst and rudest drivers in the country. Very sorry if this offends anyone.

You my friend are misleading about why houses are not built. Councils do not care about the value of homes. They care about the living standards. Why should we want to be crammed in ever more denser areas. People do not need to come to Canada they need to stay home and fix their country of origin.

Each local city council is run by people who have links with real estate firms and it’s not in their interests to allow building of more homes. They want the house prices to be artificially high so as to earn more bucks

The current status of the housing has nothing to do with immigration, they are just the easy target to blame. The current status of housing is the result of MUNICIPAL AND PROVINCIAL POLICIES. Both regulate land use strategies, taxation and environmental impact assessments. It is no longer viable for investors to deal with the layers of red tape. It can take up to a decade to get permits for a new 50 home survey or 200 unit apartment building. Want to blame someone, attend a city council meeting and see the process of trying to build anything for public use.

i love how they all play lip service to any muslim anti british stance but in reallity they want to force there laws on us wiat until the minority grow, wont be just hackney council getting took over, the whole government will change

It's the soft on crime Left leaning council and failure of the courts and police. Ottawa is the same. You can't see that the West wants the 1st world countries to be 3rd world countries.

I was born and raised in Toronto. One of my complaints is the insane leftie revisionist city council . They want to spend several millions of tax payers money to change street names because the people who gave their names to certain streets are now politically unpopular.

If the Islamic followers want to be more accepted it would benefit for them to denounce the radical Islamic parts more openly and more often, also even the Christians have tone down or even speak against how some things in the Bible are written and or interpreted and have even fought against groups or individuals who would radicalize things from the Bible.\n\nBut it appears that even the moderate follower of Islamic faith may say something to a non believer just to appear helpful, but while later it seems those moderates talk different when around others of their faith, no longer ready to speak against their teachings or leadership. The groups or individuals I hear talk from the Islamic side of things, like Council on American-Islamic Relations is only the victimhood against Muslims, it seems that the Council avoids asking it's others how to fit into Western or American type culture/ life. Why does it seem that it's the community's etc that needs to change? If I went to Saudi Arabia could I expect the country to change to my standards? If even I went to the Vatican City and Said hey Pope I'm here now so you all need to change to my way of thinking? I truly think that there are some of the Muslim faith who exploit the western society kindness, generosity and laws to further their own goals, and it's a sad situation to be so deceitful.

Most places in the UK the residents do not want drinking on the streets as it leads to petty crime all the way up to violent disorder. This isnt a muslim thing, its most towns ask the councils to curb street drinking.\n\nAs for the women being harassed, the video makes it clear - the people responsible were arrested. The UK already has laws, if you experience it, report it.
