Its all so obvious. Trump tanks markets. And his billionaire friends buy buy buy buy. And then trump lifts all the tarrifs! profit profit profit profit profit! He's old. this is like his last kiss good bye to his family and billionaires! Money money money. The whole world getting grifted.

As American, in only one month of this presidency, I am poorer as my investments and the markets have tanked, we are fighting with country after country country for new reason, and we are hating each other more and more here in America. I’m sick of this Trump guy already.

My Canadian health products I use for my colon has gone up 50% today. Unemployed, prices high at grocery store and my stock investments I use to survive and pay my bills tanked as market has reached bottom. Thanks to Trump we Americans will go on a recession and a depression soon.

Trump's doing this to tank the stock market. Buy low, sell high, start reporting on administration members and the stock they currently may be buying up. He will gleefully watch regular Americans suffer so he can make money. Anyone that think he cares about them is delusional.

It's too bad that Trudeau's Government did so little about fentanyl, also about our poorly-controlled border and destructive immigration non-policies for so long. Hence, driving Trump's scorched-earth policy (The Tariffs). That said, it blows me away that Trump was so vociferous about the Lawfare that was lined up against him in 2023-24, but he doesn't see that excess use of the power of the State is wrong and immoral in this Canadian and Mexican case. Trump only knows the right of might. Threats, coercion, bullying. He doesn't otherwise distinguish between right and wrong; only about what is good for him and his ego. The Tariffs will drive very bad business outcomes in the US. Including, inflation, and lost jobs. The Stock Markets are already tanking. At this particular stage, his ego will not allow him to back off, that's my prediction. Much pain for all Americans (and obviously for Canadians) will first have to ensue. Canada must receive its spanking, and Donald will have to save face. Ultimately, he'll invent some dishonest pretense to put the genie in the bottle, while the economic damage to all sides will be severe. But ... Why would he care?

(He will fire those in charge to allow whoever to go in WITHOUT oversight to steal gold. Then state yep, there was missing gold, go see for yourself.\n\nHe already had Elon dipping into our treasury.\n\nHe got rid of the employees / agencies that oversee election security. Why? To keep eyes off of screwing people out of fair and equal future elections. Guarantee he will change the constitution with his majority party and executive order to throw out 2 term rule. This way he can stay in power and avoid ever facing sentencing for his crimes.\n\nI can keep going on, bottom line, Trump is a traitor to America and what do we do with those who commit treason? Tariffs make no sense!! Which leads me to believe trump is tanking the stock market on purpose so that the rich can buy the dip!! That or trump just wants to prove everyone wrong and proof that his tariff theory will work for US!! What a ?

What else can he do? It's a poor tactic but its all we got. If we had options like Northern gateway or pipelines opened to the maritimes refineries we would have more markets to sell our energy but Fibrals want Canada to lead a Green revolution and tank our own economy without the help of Trump.

Doomed to fail.Tariffs contributed to the 1929 stock market crash and Great Depression. Trump has zero clue about economics and tragically will tank the economy (again).
