The US isn't launching a trade war against anyone. We are closing up shop and are getting ready to take care of our own. There is a massive difference. We cannot be expected to continue supporting other countries economies and defense obligations, when we have 2 generations of working class citizens unable to afford a home or have children. We have entire countries we could fill with the homeless and incarcerated, and veterans who see little to no positive treatment or respect within the job market. Things are already very very bad here in the states. I don't think many Americans realize how bad the economy is. Tariffs will force US companies to reduce the outsourcing of jobs, and force other countries who are over-reliant on trade from the States, to cultivate their own self-sufficiency. This may seem hypocritical when it comes to China, but that isn't a problem you can solve overnight. \n\nTo make it clear, Americans are going to suffer in the wake of this tariff decision, but that is the price we pay to force ourselves to change. We have made ourselves into a very weak country because of overreliance on other countries trade, and other countries overreliance on our intelligence, infrastructure, medical advancements, technological advancements, and defense capabilities. The american consumer and taxpayer front the bills for all of this, and they are suffering. This isn't a war on the rest of the world. Americans don't want to pay higher prices for anything. And corporations don't want to pay $15 when they can pay $2 to a worker overseas. Manufacturing is not coming back the the US no matter the tariffs Trump imposes. America has to concentrate on the manufacturing that we lead which is High Technologies, Fuel, and Agriculture. Trump wants to destroy the Department of Education when what we should be doing is making education a priority, even in higher education. Making it easier and less expensive for Americans to get higher education. Trump's policies are going to completely destroy the world economy and in doing so cause a massive recession in the US.

I can tell all the comments on this panel were made by President Trump's haters. Love all God's Creation, but, please, watch out for your neighbor. Help everybody you can, including the animals. All these people don't have to be in this Country. They have their own, why can't they make their country a much better place for them and their families to live. Look at the way they are acting. They came as guest, now they are acting like they are the owners. Are you so blinded by hate for this man who loves his Country so much, that you can't see the danger we are in with this illegals in our Country? What are you going to do when you won't have a place to live with your families or can't pay for your needs, because there are no housing or jobs, because everything that belong to you were given to them? What about the crimes they are doing in our communities. They are not here to HELP US, they are here to take what it's ours and replace us. There's not any worse than a blind, who don't want to see. These people are destroying our Beautiful Country and all we can do is hate this President, who the only thing he wants to do is save it for us. It's not just the cops that are armed, everyone you see is probably armed, legal or not! The atmosphere is dispicable. I will never go back! But Canadian education is not a lot better than in the States. Most people can't go to University here, but you can't get a decent job without a degree. \n\nWhy does Canada lag so far behing Europe? These people are breaking the law and they know it but they don't care, hopefully, when Trump wins he'll send then all back to where they came from, it will be a lot cheaper than supporting them and their families with our tax dollars, how are they going to support themselves when they don't even speak English. The cuts were targeted to preserve wealth for the middle and lower classes.\n\nI could go on for another 100 pages but you get the idea and I get crabby writing for free.\n\nI will leave you with the caution that it’s best if you doubt and question any data and any stats coming from our government. Those are seldom legit. If the data comes from a study, always look to see who paid for it. And how large the sample size was; how were the participants selected? This is deplorable and it’s going to destroy our country in so many ways. First, our social, educational, and criminal systems cannot absorb this many people all at once. We have enough people immigrating here legally. We don’t need all these illegals flooding over.\nThis is all Joe Biden and the Democrats’ fault, for not doing anything for two-plus years, except inviting these people to come here. These people get benefits, free healthcare, welfare probably, phones, and they shouldn’t. They should be told to go home. They should not be given a court date and then released into the United States! That’s ridiculous. They should be loaded on a C-130 transport, retrofitted with seats and shipped home. The majority of them are not going to show up for their court date. They’re going to disappear into the United States, work under the table, take jobs away from Americans, and send billions of more dollars back to their home country where they have family. I think currently, $250 billion gets sucked out of the US economy every year, due to illegal immigrants all sending $50 each, per month, home to their families in their native country. That baby, who by law is automatically a US citizen, becomes their key to citizenship, because once that baby turns 18, he or she can sponsor his parents to become citizens and also sponsor other family members. I am not racist but no one should be allowed in this country illegally. Not a Biden fan or supporter but not a Trump fan either. I do agree with Trump on not allowing illegal immigrants into the country. They have to go through the legal steps like all foreigners who take years to become a citizen. You can't skip the line. Also, they bring a lot of Mexican gang members over who murder people in the US and are racist. Biden sucks for this. I'm African American also. Housing is already bad. My building is full of Hispanics that trash my building destroyed property disrespect other tenants. I am neither dem or republican but lean towards republican in cases like this.
