I think Putin has something on Trump like a legal issue or something to do with money. Just a quick Question for the people who voted for Trump. And according to the recent poll I saw on CNN 50% of Americans like what he's doing, and only something like 34% see Russia as an enemy. Trudeau in the first 10 seconds already opens with a lie. Trump never said he’s going to “appease” Putin. He is (and I note I don’t see Canada getting involved) negotiating a peace deal between Ukraine and Russia. That means both sides are going to want something out of that deal in order to sign it. Is there no one at CNN who can translate French? Really? I'm American, and I'm hoping Trudeau announces that he's making trade deals with Europe (and even China) that cut us out. Betraying our allies should never be incentvised. I'm even hoping they cut off our oil, which WILL jack gas prices, since our refineries in the Midwest are only deisgned to process Canadian crude. And the truth is that the reason for the tariffs is that Trump has direct control over them, and can probably have Elon do something with the revenue that couldn't be done with normal taxes. Our politics suck. That means both Trudeau *and* mini-Trump Poilievre. The housing issue and overburdening of housing/healthcare/etc. by too many immigrants in such as short period of time is something I'm not hearing being seriously addressed by both Libs and Cons. Politicians can talk about programs to build more homes (too little, too late) and such but they aren't addressing some key sources of the problems. One could have a decent life in Canada in upper-lower class to lower-middle class but now the starting point is upper-middle class. Quite sad.

South Asian Indians are fourth generation Canadians and are educated, successful and have assimilated with the European culture.
